Is there no way to link an account after that first screen? My account linking was bugging out and Epic is looking into it, but I wanted to try Dauntless and skipped the link screen. In literally every other game that has a secondary account, you can link it later.... Xbox by the by

Are you saying I've now missed that chance? Because I don't see any settings to merge my accounts now.
That seems silly if there's no way for me to continue my progress on PC without wiping data..

If you'd like to just reset your character, you can access that from the options menu on the Title Screen. Under Gameplay there is an option to reset your character <3
TY for the reply but unfortunately I havent had a reply back, Ive sent it on the 21st, any idea how long I'll have to wait?
I won't expect longer waits then normal. I don't have an ETA but I can promise you we are going through tickets as quickly and as effectively as possible.

I have the same question, I was excited to play and thought that I might be able to create an account later..I just uninstalled the game from my Xbox and am currently reinstalling it. Idk if it’ll help but I hope the option will pop back up

The answer is, no we don't expect you to purchase those dye bundles to get 1 of 3 colours -- and you shouldn't be able to see those. You will automatically be granted the missing dye form the bundle, but the service is currently down to allow us to do this.
As for the Hunt Pass, if you own the dye you will get 25 plat instead! The visual switching didn't get into this Hunt Pass, but will be more clear in the next :}
There are no plans to launch on steam or bring back the old launcher at this time.

Thank You very much for the response. I sent the support ticket in with both my info and my friends with all 4 reciepts, is he going to have to submitt his own support ticket (I paid for the items) or will he get his items as well when they sort out the store issue?
I would keep an eye on our twitter for updates. Sending a support ticket won't hurt to keep everything tracked on our end, but isn't necessary <3
I bought items for myself and a friend Yesterday (Xbox) and never got my items either, both the timely and arcslayers packs for both of us. It says we own them, my card was charged, still nothing. Submitted a ticket which required me to send screenshots of reciepts and acct info (pain in the butt for console users). Hours later no reply, not even an Ok we got the info it will take some time to fix, thanks for your patience.
