Dauntless Dev Tracker

Help, I really don't know what else to do. I was doing Scenario 1, I have a dauntless open beta account and epic games account. Very straight forward instructions. Copy code, open website, paste code, done. But the moment I logged onto dauntless, I was forced into the tutorial. I did the tutorial only to arrive at Ramsgate with no gear.

TY for the reply but unfortunately I havent had a reply back, Ive sent it on the 21st, any idea how long I'll have to wait?
I won't expect longer waits then normal. I don't have an ETA but I can promise you we are going through tickets as quickly and as effectively as possible.
A lot of these issues might be delayed as well due to our attention needing to be on the severs <3
