I'm from oce and I bought the battlepass and I got neither my level 5 nor 10 character unlocks. It still hasn't been fixed for me yet either. Is this still being worked on?
Yes it is. I believe earning should be fixed for most people - it's possible some of your inventories got into a weird state due to the bug & that could impact earning new stuff. We will be looking into that part tomorrow.

Get a question, I did not get the 1st free agent, but got the 2th one. Now, it have switched to the "agent contract" mode.....Cannot see the free agent anymore.

Im in EU and not only i didnt get the rewards i unlocked but even the one im unlocking now are stil unavaiable to me.

When did you last level up and earn one? We had a separate temp issue that’s made it hard to validate
Same same, any ETA on retroactively earning rewards? Feels really bad to be locked into only the stock agents for the first couple dozen hours I play the game because I spent $10 on the battlepass.

Missions keep resetting too, might wanna look at that as they're long ass missions to complete and I've done them 3 times over now and they keep resetting

Sorry I know you’re probably repeating yourself. When this patch rolls out we will earn content as it’s achieved via the premier battle pass levels... but what about the levels we’ve already passed, unlocked but haven’t “unlocked” properly due to the bug?
The first step is getting to work for levels not earned yet, second is granting the ones you’ve unlocked already but were impacted by the bug
Thanks for info. Any news when this fix will be deployed? :) Cant unlock free agents and cant use battle pass rewards. I got one skin out of the BP, was able to activate it shortly, now its "activated", but behind a lock and not used ingame.
Must frustrating is the free agent issue though, but glad to know that youre on it :)

It should be granting you newly earned content correctly now - lemme know if you have a problem.
Do you have any idea on how long it will be? It really sucks when all of my friends can unlock/play as the new character/ non default ones but I cant due to a bug.

Me and my cousin also both have the Cat Buddies 4x instead of 2x
Also its happening on the Battle Pass, I'm tier 7 and have only received the tier 2 rewards (the cat buddies, i did get double the amount as a consolation I guess.. ;p)
I can’t promise you those extra cat buddies are here to stay sadly. I will say balancing the books of who got more than they should is way further down the list than making sure you get rewards as you earn them and getting you content you missed due to the bug
Hello sir. What about the prisma skins we had in beta are they completely gone or do we get them back. These skins were so best simplistic looking god skins in the game bring prisma back :)

- **Description:** The bug is that u can't redeem rewards from contracts at the moment I have unlocked the spectre and can't equip it I unlocked an agent and can't recruit either

We're on this. Fix is out for testing now. Here's what we're prioritising in order:
same here, and also when I got the unlock a free agent I unlocked the new character and I can't pick her now so I suggest you save those tokens if you didn't get it yet
We're currently deploying and testing a fix to get earning content back working correctly for those affected. Once this is confirmed, we'll move onto retroactively granting content to anyone who encountered these problems (problems meaning not earning content as expected).

A couple of points to note: - Missions are a very important XP source for how we have tuned contracts. Reasoning here is that we’d like to give an opportunity to those who play consistently across days/weeks to not totally get left behind by those who play a large number of games. - Since this is CB, current tuning is subject to change. We’re looking at progress, pacing and feedback in many forms to inform our decisions. - This conversation helps us figure it out, so thank you all.
I think it will be the same system like with rp, what means they will refund all your radianite points + 20% more, a lil gift for a "lil investors" xd
The +20% bonus only applies to VALORANT points you buy and not to Radianite I’m afraid. There will be plenty of opportunity to earn more though

The PayPal option was bugged for some people I guess that’s why they removed it this patch and will introduce it soon again when it’s working as intended.

Not sure if you will see this but I do have a suggestion. I noticed that we are only awarded Experience based on rounds played and rounds won. I feel this is severely limiting, especially given the large amount of XP needed for contracts, and the fact we cannot earn/stockpile currency. Back in the day, playing COD or Halo, you were rewarded for kills, assists, or any special achievements made in a match, in addition to rounds wins. Even if it was something small like +10xp per kill and +5 xp per assist, it would be much more gratifying to everyone who played. Not only does it give us a small boost in experience, it provides positive reinforcement for doing well, and thus another thing to strive after.
Worth considering for sure thanks for posting. I think the reasoning behind rounds was it evened out the losses much more than win/loss would, giving you something extra to incentivise pushing for a comeback.
The reason we didn’t go deeper than rounds was fear it would promote trying to game the system (like KDA playing rather than helping your team for example). Also more supportive agents might tend to get less XP in some cases.
