Idk about a beta for a pvm raid i feel that takes out of the day one experience and we wont have people waiting for whos the first person to do it. instead we will have loads of people doing it first try compared to people doing it the first time and loads of deaths

Well, you wouldn't need to rush it. The reworked quest acquits itself quite well. But yeah, I think a Night at the Theatre kind of quest tie in would be cool.
The “rush” referred to how soon we’d do something like that again rather than how much time we’d put into it if we did decide to do it.

About how hard will Raids 3 be? Will it get a hard mode or story mode too?
It will not have modes. Instead difficulty will be more granular and customisable thanks to invocations. I’d expect at the lowest end, it will be around the level of Entry Mode Theatre of Blood.

The quest doesn’t have Defence requirements or rewards, so yes.

Does "low life" effect always trigger at 40 HP or does it trigger at 40%. I'm guessing these items will also have a high hitpoints level requirement.

Any plans to make a grand master? I love quests that make you grind to even be able to do them like SOTL
