Or at least, I can see some of the sketches concepts appearing in the final image.

Whatever that artwork is, it has nothing to do with the Tombs of Amascut.

Can you give us a hint if this NPC/Asset will appear in a future update?

I’m not aware of any plans for this character to ever be used in the game.
