This is currently on our Known Issues list to be addressed in the next update.

Melee attacks in VATS can have a 0% chance to hit flying enemies. 

STATUS: We're currently planning to address this in our next update.

Fixing it by making them permanent 3* I hope and not by removing them from the 3* tables.

My understanding is that Assaultron Heads that are 3* from the Purveyor will remain 3* upon relog. You can still get 3* from her as well.

Citing my good friend, u/Valseek over here:

Wanted to confirm that we're investigating several issues related to melee attacks, including:

- Initial Melee attacks against an enemy not registering.

- Being unable to use VATS to perform melee attacks on flying enemies.

- Inconsistent VATS chance to hit when trying to perform melee attacks.

I don't have a date to share on when fixes for this issues are coming but we are looking into addressing them with future updates. I'll be sure to let you know as soon as I have more info!

These are not limited time and are planned to be available indefinitely.

This is an issue that's currently planned to be addressed in patch 9.5 at the end of the month.

We have added this to our Known Issues list, but here's some more information:

The Stimpak Diffuser is a Stimpak that restores health to you and your nearby teammates. The recipe for this item will be available in the next update. We're aware that this creates an issue with completing the Tadpole Challenge referencing the Stimpak Diffuser, however you may still complete other world Challenges to earn badges.

As others here have mentioned, we're working on a way to increase photo gallery space on consoles for a future update. As soon as we have all the details ironed out, we'll let everyone know. Most likely in an Inside the Vault.

Request to have something to do with unused ammo.

STATUS: We are looking into options that will allow players to spend their unused ammo for either caps or other ammo types. We want to be sure any direction we take does not have negative impacts on the economy.

As some have pointed out, resetting should resolve the mask not showing up on the Shop. If you haven't already, can you try restarting and let me know if that doesn't resolve the issue?

I love seeing progression pictures of characters. This one has got to be the top of that list. The album is amazing!

For some reason tamed deathclaws (and a few other creatures) are very anti-electricity and have been terrorizing a few C.A.M.P.s until generators are stored. In all seriousness though, this issue is currently being looked into and we'll follow up as soon as we have any updates.
