Pretty much the title. To my knowledge pictures on console are just saved client side. My wife plays on my console occasionally and it just loads my pictures. That being said, unless there is some sort of agreement of limitation on console modification (which is possible but highly doubtful) then it’s merely save space and that’s up to the player to throw away.
