We usually aim to start the 30 countdown timer at 11am UTC, with the game update occurring at 11:30am UTC. I see nothing to suggest it'll be any later than that.

Hi everybody.
I just want to give a bit of context before I talk about the actual notification. The work needed to send these is something we've recently completed, and we think these are going to be a great tool to help keep active players informed of what's going in with the game, and maybe even to tempt less active players to start playing again.
As for the notifications, it's obvious that we haven't got it quite right yet but we'll keep tweaking to make it more relevant to what we want to achieve and to suit the players we're sending them to.
The feedback I'll be giving, based on the reaction I've seen so far, is that we need to do better to make the messaging more useful and relevant to how you play. We don't want it to look like a normal mobile game, because that couldn't be further from what Old School is. And once we've got the messaging right, we need to make sure we are sending them to the right people (and not telling somebody who plays daily that Dragon is red and Mithr...

I've edited the newspost to confirm that...
- T1-3 Twisted outfits can be stored within the PoH, as can the Twisted cane.
- Trophies and blueprints are reclaimable.
- The Twisted helm will work like any other recoloured Slayer helm. If you die in non-PvP encounters then you'd keep the helm (as you would with other helms). If you die in PvP encounters then you'd lose the helm (and the PKer would get a Black mask, as with other helms).
We've also added a job to to allow you to create item for the outfits to make them easier to buy and sell.
