PC players cannot currently crossplay with PlayStation 4 players in Realm Royale. However, PC and Xbox One players are able to crossplay. The PC player can invite the Xbox One player on the Social tab by entering their Gamertag.

If you encounter someone using a cheat or hack, please submit a support ticket at https://www.hirezstudios.com/submit-support-ticket/. Include any and all relevant information. If you have evidence, that's really helpful for verifying the evidence. However, if a name or match information is all you have, that at least gives the support team somewhere to start looking. The in-game report feature also exists and is triggered if enough reports are sent against a specific player. Read more

Account Linking

We will be bringing servers down briefly today to address a few issues. Expected downtime is less than one hour. Matches started prior to 3:30 PM ET can be finished, otherwise you won't be able to start matches until after servers are back online.
- Fixed an issue where players were not unlocking achievements after meeting the requirements.
- Players may still experiencing issues with the 20-Piece achievement. We should have a fix with our next patch.
- Progress for some achievements may need to be re-earned.
- Fixed an issue where having the exact number of Crowns to purchase an Item would prevent the user from purchasing it.
- Fixed an issue where some players would not be able to craft a Resurrection scroll while in parties.
Please note that we are still investigating additional issues and will message out when additional bug fixes are addressed. Read more

    • Introducing Catapults! Get in and launch yourself into the sky to travel across the map at incredible speed.
  • New Weapon: Light Machine Gun (LMG)
    • The LMG is now available and will only drop from Loot Goblins and Legendary Chests.

Beginning today, players can now loot the Burst Rifle around the Realm!
The Burst Rifle fires three shots in rapid succession, giving it devastating effects over short periods of time. This weapon is versatile and can be used to any Class’ advantage.

We will be releasing a hotfix patch Wednesday, January 30th at 7:00 AM ET!
Hotfix Changes:
  • Addressed an issue where PlayStation 4 player invites were not being received properly.
    • "This will resolve most cases, but there may still be a few edge cases where issues may arise. We are continuing to investigate additional issues to resolve in future updates."

  • Fixed an issue where players could not receive progress on the "Forge 10 Items" Quest.
  • Fixed an issue where Keybinds would revert to Default after closing the client on Console and PC.
  • The Burst Rifle has been added to the Standard Weapons Loot Table and will drop at all rarities.
    • "The Burst Rifle fires 3 shots at a time dealing moderate damage and is effective at medium to long range."
