We went over community feedback regarding the latest update and discussed it with the rest of the team.

It was clear that many of you felt strongly about the newest movement changes. We also agree that we didn’t leave enough room for testing, which is something we’ll take a closer look at next year and work on improving.

The designers feel that the momentum feature is an essential part of the mount experience. So while we’re keeping it in, we also made some adjustments based on your feedback.

We just received word that several official Latin American PlayStation 4 servers have been wiped without the option to restore their databases. This happened due to a mistake on the part of the Latin American hosting provider.
We consider this a serious and unfortunate situation and steps are being taken to ensure this does not happen again on these or any other servers.

While it does not bring back your characters, your creations, or your lost time, we are adding 5x modifiers to all experience and material gathering on the affected servers to help everyone get back on their feet faster. These modifiers will be in effect with the next server restarts and will last for 30 days.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Your patience and understanding in this matter are very much appreciated.

This change will be part of a hotfix going out within the next few days. Please check out the adjustments once they are live and let us know how they feel.

On the stream they said pets will be comparable to thralls after the update. I don't see how that's gonna be possible without the ability to put armor and weapons on them but we'll see

How will the leveling system impact pets? Pets are largely less effective than Thralls, as thralls can equip armors and weapons. Will a level 20 elite pet be weaker than a level 20 Tier 4 Thrall?

• Pets will be – on average – on par with thralls. Their base attacks are modified by their level and strength same as thralls, and in addition, they gain more armor than thralls from base progression since they cannot equip armors

Unfortunately, that is not something we can accept or do for a whole lot of reasons. At least not at this point.

The most help anyone can provide is to keep reports and feedback coming. While we might not always be around to answer everything we would love to, rest assured that we see it, and we are reporting on those issues (and culprits). Right now, we have several tools to help us with reports:

• For exploits, we have Exploit Hunters
• For bugs, we prefer posts on our official forums in the respective platform subforums (PS4, PC, and Xbox One), because we have the most eyes on there.

We've already brought it up with the team and will keep you updated on discussions regarding the matter.

No, we haven't abandoned anything and contrary to popular believes spamming the same posts over and over won't enable us to fix something faster and is also against our rules. Just because we know an issue exists doesn't mean we immediately know what causes it or what underlying code allows for something we wouldn't want to be possible.
It's not like we don't want to fix these but they are also not as easy to address as you might think they are. We ARE aware and we are working on those. However, again, spamming it over and over won't help getting this fixed faster. I understand you are angry and frustrated about this issue.

I think we're all agreed on our opinion of these issues. I don't really know why these bugs remain in the game for as long as they do. Servers have been trashed by exploiters duping gods and bombs and everything else as it is. You'd think it would be a top priority fix, but some of this stuff has been known for ages, especially the duping.

It is a priority but even though the issues seem to be the same, the underlying problem is not. Players find new ways to exploit and we keep fixing and improving those issues. It's an ongoing battle between us and players finding new ways to exploit the game.

This is next level and truly ming blowing. So amazingly well done! 😍🤗
