All of this came up to a 26 gig update on Xbox? Seems a bit large.

Oh thank god it isn’t just me! Boyfriend and I have been playing co-op on Xbox and the insta-death has hit us both a couple of times, each.

It seems to happen mostly when approaching a corpse to loot or harvest them, at least it seems that way. Really miserably obnoxious!

Regarding the rubberbanding we're aware and it's being looked into.

Regarding the crashing, please make sure to update any mods to the newest game version otherwise it's possible stability of the game could be compromised.

Is it just me or is everyone experiencing rubber banding after using a map room? It seems to take 5-10 seconds for my guy to stop rubber banding and let me leave the ob. Tried 5 times so far and gotten same result on every ob I used. Friend also reported having rubber banding at the ob.

You can also change the limit of that cap with the sliders below that box (Thrall and Pet population base value and per player) in case you'd still want to have the cap in place.

The fix for this issue is coming with the next big patch. No ETA yet, but we're aiming to release at the tailing end of this month, beginning of next one.
