Can we please get a comment on the state of Spectral Coating and whether it is a bug or not?
If it's in relation to it affecting anything other than undead, it's a bug and our team has fixed it internally.

Any idea if looting dead body's in pve will be fixed or is it intended?
It's not intended and our team is looking into it.

It's out now for PS4, Xbox to follow in half an hour from the time of this message :)
Does this mean a new DevKit update today too or is that coming later this week?
It should be out now.
So assumingly, the God bubble/building exploit fixes and this new content update is all going to be in one patch?
This patch includes the fix to god bubbles and the fix of building overlapping and server crashing. Please note that avatar summoning is not still enabled, but will be so 2 days after this patch hits your platform. If PC, it's going to be enabled tomorrow. If consoles, on Friday.
When does this drop for PS4?
Did they nerf or remove bandit chiefs? Can't review this now, will have to take a look when I get home.
They've been nerfed and are no longer capturable.

Once it passes cert, but should be this week.

Please remember that updates can mess with your installed mods. We suggest taking a backup of your current database before updating to any new patch if you have mods installed.

Is the music back? Haven't played in weeks.
It was fixed in a previous patch.
So when they re-release avatars into official servers will the temples be reset? Or will they still be there ready to use if you already have the zeal? Please answer this, it’s really important to my server.
No resets to the best of our knowledge. Summoning will be re-enabled, but we are considering giving a couple of days of buffer so people can prepare accordingly.
Is anyone else having trouble getting the testlive build to work in solo? I seem to be stuck on the loading screen with the animated ellipsis. And I'm not running any mods.
Hey there,
If you're loading a previous save imported from live there's a known issue that causes the exact problem you're describing. We've fixed that internally and it won't happen once the patch hits live on Monday (it will include a bunch of new fixes too)
So say you had a foundation down and a wall on one side of the foundation, then on that same foundation you put another foundation on top of the first original foundation... Those will be affected? Will i come online to a crumbled base?
We uploaded a couple of pictures explaining what will be mostly affected here: https://forums.funcom.com/t/illegal-building-constructions-and-avatar-summoning-re-enabled-feedback-and-questions-thread/76246/17?u=ignasis
Those new legendary tools with survival perks are drops from boss in Bin-yakins seal I saw on a test live video. Unique pets look to be the gorilla's/apes from jungle biome. And some armor recipes from the new boss fight out of Kings niche. On one of their dev streams they "alluded" to new building recipes/craftable and was super hopeful we may be seeing those finally....but alas, you are probably right, wishful thinking.
Plus a way to exchange coins for the service of mercenaries. Go check it out!
We're just gonna leave this right here...
This is very timely, some of the longest in game players (with absolutely amazing builds) have been sweating this heavily. This will be good news for all and with it mostly affecting fence foundations they'll breath a heavy sigh of relief.
This shouldn't affect me that much accept for those instances where I've used fence foundations to line up tricky gates....
Great news and thanks Funcom for doing it right instead of in a hurry.
We realize the initial announcement sounded a little more gloomy than what it essentially is, but we're also aware that fence foundations were used extensively thanks to their unintended extra versatility. This is why we decided to give some extra breathing room and peace of mind.
As for the overlapping pieces, they were used mostly in less than ethical constructions and although they will likely be way less destructive once the patch hits live, we are less concerned on the consequences that whatever building used them will suffer :)
