Hey everybody!

We have a new patch with extra content for the game. Test your mettle against the Warmaker’s Champion in The Warmaker’s Sanctuary, a new dungeon for a seasoned party of level 60 adventurers. Check out the continuation of our population revamp on faction capitals and caves. Experience an overhaul of the temperature system and changes to your survival and agility attributes, as well as additional weapon balance to make combat more rewarding.
We’ve also added a ton of QoL improvements and bugfixes, including a solution for the God’s Protection problem (God Bubbles), building stacking and flying thralls!

We would like to thank you all again for your continued support. Many of the fixes and changes included in this patch are based directly on your feedback.

Please remember that updates can mess with your installed mods. We suggest taking a backup of your current database before updating to any new patch if you have mods installed.

PATCH HIGHLIGHTS

New Dungeon: The Warmaker’s Sanctuary!
An ancient sanctuary has now opened, and in it lies more challenges for intrepid adventurers. At the heart of the Warmaker’s Sanctuary you will face some of the most dangerous foes to date.
New loot -including new weapons, armor set and placeables- await for those worthy of the challenge!

Continuation of the population revamp!
Building upon our previous content patches, the faction capitals and caves in the game have received an overhaul. This revamp includes new bosses, functionalities, recipes to be found, new loot and more!

Temperature system update
We’ve reworked and improved the temperature system of the game to make it more consistent and easy to read, with changes to how its effects are stacked and telegraphed to you.

New feat: Painter!
This new feat, available through the Decorations feat tab, gives access to 10 wall-placeable paintings representing the builds that were selected in the building contest back in April this year!

TLDR SUMMARY

  • New dungeon: The Warmaker’s Sanctuary!
  • Population revamp of additional faction capitals and caves!
  • New loot!
  • Temperature system update.
  • Attribute changes to agility and survival.
  • Weapon balance changes!
  • Epic armors no longer require the basic armor as an ingredient when crafting them.
  • A fix for the foundation stacking issue.
  • A ton of bugfixes and QoL improvements! (God’s Protection, flying thralls and more!)
  • PS: A group of BFFs have gotten lost while exploring the Exiled Lands. Can you help them before it’s too late?

So assumingly, the God bubble/building exploit fixes and this new content update is all going to be in one patch?

This patch includes the fix to god bubbles and the fix of building overlapping and server crashing. Please note that avatar summoning is not still enabled, but will be so 2 days after this patch hits your platform. If PC, it's going to be enabled tomorrow. If consoles, on Friday.

Did they nerf or remove bandit chiefs? Can't review this now, will have to take a look when I get home.

They've been nerfed and are no longer capturable.

Can we please get a comment on the state of Spectral Coating and whether it is a bug or not?

If it's in relation to it affecting anything other than undead, it's a bug and our team has fixed it internally.
