Could you provide logs? Does the game crash? Do you get switched to new games without turning to keep?
If you are unsure about UPnP, use miniupnp to test it. Latest version http://miniupnp.free.fr/files/download.php?file=upnpc-exe-win32-20150918.zip
Interesting. Did you change router when you switched ISP as well? Do you know if your current router supports UPnP?
(You described a common CGNAT problem, so I just assumed it was. Cudos to your ISP though.)
You are behind a CGNAT. Ask your ISP if they can get you a proper IPv4 (i.e. one not behind a CGNAT).
Ping me if you need help formulating your request.
This answer is a bit technical, but that is required since we are debugging Internet oppressive practices. I am assuming you are using Windows and don’t have easy access to another OS.
To test the following you will need curl, available at https://curl.haxx.se/windows/ for Windows (included in most Linux distros and OSX).
Use the command prompt (cmd or powershell) to enter all commands here.
Use nslookup to find the hosts for 5107.playfabapi.com with Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), i.e.
> nslookup 5107.playfabapi.com 1.1.1.1
# should give something like
Server: 1.1.1.1 ## <- check that this is correct, if not 1.1.1.1 your isp is doing something fishy
Address: 1.1.1.1#53 ## <- check that this is correct, if not 1.1.1.1#53 your isp is doing something fishy

Can you verify that https://5107.playfabapi.com works? I.e. a blank page with working encryption?
Should be a certificate like this:

Could you give some more information? Perhaps a log?
It is hard to diagnose with this little information
Have you tried repairing Vermintide 2 as well in Steam? (I assume you have)
Which version of Windows are you using?
Do you have the lines above this one? Might be helpful.
Read moreNice. Will there be Docker containers (or other container infrastructure) for dedicated servers as well? I.e. so its possible to host your own potentially offline servers as well?
And what about monsters?
@CountZrinski @GrislyFrisbee Can you post a log?
@Fatshark_Hedge Is “commercial license” intentional? I’ve never seen it before. Does it have something to do with gaming centres / Internet cafes?
Let’s be reasonable, you don’t release a game during summer vacations. That means not for another week or so at least, and with Bögenhafen as a measurement stick it is reasonable to assume late August.
Also, inspecting the steam package gives us 31th of August. See https://steamdb.info/app/1033060/info/ and
Store Release Date August 31, 2019 (26 days from now)
Although I do not know if the last of August is specified by Fatshark, or implied by steamdb.
Anyhow, Fatshark can change the release date whenever they want to.

Do you know if you are behind a CGNAT? See https://superuser.com/questions/713422/how-would-i-test-to-see-if-im-behind-carrier-grade-or-regular-nat
There used to be some issues with CGNAT, I don’t know if they are resolved (I.e the host should not be behind CGNAT).
It’s been a while since we’ve seen FearsomeKitty — their last post was 8mon ago.
I would assume signing up if you haven’t already done it and writing a more succinct heart-wrenching request would possibly be a better approach
Had time to try yet?
Have you tried playing on the modded realm? Is all fine and dandy there?
(I would assume it is and that the problem is EAC related, but just to rule it out)
Do report back if it works!
Some setups seem to have the latency issues you describe after a patch this spring / christmas (I took a hiatus but when I started playing in April again DX11 was a mess for me but DX12 worked splendidly).
Are you running DX11 or DX12?
If you are running DX11 switch to DX12 and see if the issue persists.
