Sorry to hear you still haven't received your Apex Coins. As it's been more than 24 hours, there are a couple things to try that may help out.

It may help to try signing out of Steam (don't just exit), closing it via Task Manager, then restarting the game to see if the coins appear. If not, launching Apex through EA app instead of Steam may also help in some cases.

If you're still not seeing the coins after that point however, you'll need to get back in touch with support so they can take another look. We're unable to make any changes here on the forums I'm afraid.

You're welcome to leave feedback on the advisors and previous conversations you had, but we cannot transfer skins or content from one account to another.

Contacting support again wouldn't change this or allow them to transfer the items. Unfortunately that's never been possible, so I'm not sure why that was mentioned as an option.

I'm sorry for the confusion here, however this is not a situation we can assist with on the forums.

I do see in your earlier chats you had mentioned accidentally purchasing the packs on a secondary account, and were asking support to transfer the contents to your primary account instead.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We cannot transfer your content from one account to another. This is not a bug, but simply not something we support.

Thanks for trying to help your friend out!

If your friend's coins have not shown up within 24 hours there are a few things to try:

  • Log out of Steam (don't just close it)
  • Close Steam via Task Manager
  • Restart Apex

After that point it may also help to launch the game through EA app rather than Steam to see if the coins appear there.

If they are still not showing up for your friend after that, they will need to contact support directly to get help adding these to the account. Support will need to verify these screenshots so please be sure your friend has that information available.

Do note they will need to create the case from their own account if needed, as that portion isn't one you would be able to do from your end.

I've edited your post to remove the attachments as they showed some account information. Please keep in mind these are public forums and your posts are visible to everyone.

If you feel an action was taken on your account incorrectly, you'll need to appeal with our Terms of Service team. They are the only team able to make any changes to bans or suspensions. 

If you have already appealed multiple times and the ToS team declined to remove a penalty, that will be final and not something that can be changed here or through any other channels, sorry.

This thread is quite a few years old and is being locked here to avoid further necroposting.
 
If you've linked a Steam account to an EA Account and found your progress has been lost, keep in mind that progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. 

You would need to re-link your Steam account to its original EA Account to recover any missing progress. If you run into any issues re-linking accounts, please contact support directly so they can take a look.

Sorry for the confusion, that portion of the site shows specific types of bans but not all account actions will appear there.

If you're seeing a ban notification when you try to get in-game, you can create an appeal with these steps to have our Terms of Service review that situation for you.

Sorry to see you've had some trouble with this. We've just pushed a fix that should help correct this on Steam.

Can you try restarting the game and checking again? You should be able to get back in now, though it may help to Verify File Integrity if you're still seeing this.
