Please tell me this is the case when you get hit by heroic might or Retribution through a wall
I've never gotten killed by one through a wall (I've yet to see that while playing) and Heroic Might is easy enough to dodge, but Retribution does get a few glares from me when I feel like I was outside its range but I wasn't. Or when I get knocked down by Passionate Strike. Glad we're taking that effect away.

It’s been explained before. They can’t just copy and paste that stuff in the new game. They’re using a different engine (well version of the engine) that doesn’t work the same way. Just compare the new Jabba’s Palace to the old one. You can see a lot of work went into making new lighting and textures. Ben even said bringing an old map from the last game takes roughly 60-80% (numbers might be off its an old tweet) the time it takes to make a new map.
One thing that ties into this (beyond just the engine differences) is that each of those maps was made for a game mode that may not exist in BII, such as Walker Assault. The maps in BII were built from the ground up for GA. While GA maps can and have been adapted into maps for other modes, WA maps were built around having 1-2 walkers. Not impossible by any means, but it does affect balancing whether they're there or not, as well as overall map design.

To be 100% fair, this was the softest of softball answers since the question above that reply was, effectively, "Do you know we want weapons?" When the time is right and we have more to share on any changes/additions to the game, as always, I promise that we'll do so. I don't want to inflate expectations unnecessarily with this and make people think that something is coming right around the corner. We know this is a part of the game that we didn't deliver on that we advertised at launch (we absolutely planned to add more weapons originally, but then, well, we all know what happened), so we're very sorry about that.

Yeah, I couldn't find the 4-hour one but someone definitely had a 3-hour one. Hard to say how "natural" it was, though, since it's possible the game took a while to start up. We don't have an official longest game number right now. On average 25-40 minutes is what the games last.

I play almost every day. Flagging doesn't mean we don't know or aren't working on it, just that I'm bringing it back up and saying it's a big issue.

1h45 for me, A little bit too much I think : first hour was really good, last 45mins were boring because of a full powered Anakin defending the last point
Anakin balance is a separate thing, but overall a vast majority of games don't go that long. I only know of one game that went ~3+ hours because someone showed me it.
Let me see if I can get an answer to that. I know one got to ~3+ hours if memory serves, but I think one has gone up to 4. Those are extremely rare, though.

Oh right, that makes sense. In that case, might a timer of around 5 seconds be considered? Probably just me being impatient, but I feel like a 10 second timer can be too long at times.
As in, in general a five second timer? Not sure, but I can raise it with the team. After SPS, you should see how interested other players are with that by making a thread.
Is creating hero AI a lot harder then infantry AI? I’d reckon it’s the same thing but I don’t know anything about this, just curious.
In general, most likely. Part of programming requires you to pick when and where an ability would be used (i.e. in this situation, use this ability; if X condition is met do Y, etc.). If we made them like troopers where they don’t use most abilities, then that’s easier, but I don’t think that’s what players want. Again, not impossible, just time consuming and why it’s not something we’re currently talking about doing.
I get this but DICE can do it, you did it in the last game with Walker assault, and honestly we will be happy with just a supremacy in the current large maps, it's not as complicated as GA.
Also some shooters have PVE and even on all modes, like CoD. And you guys have even made combined arms for Battlefield V Wich BTW is better than people say it is, you're right on the BF V fans they don't appreciate PVE but I do, and I like the mode so give DICE my thanks for it , and I'm not the only one is just that PVE fans are more silent than PVP fans
