Even if this is unintentional I like it as it allows the player to get the challenge done while helping the team. I'll try to make sure this stays as a valid strategy for these unlocks.

They're working for me? Can you provide more information on what issue you're experiencing?
Edit: Ok, no idea why this is getting downvoted. If I go into custom match, the specialist perks work fine. This is why I asked for more info. Currently yes. It's not a bug. The decision was made due due to the tonal nature of the lines & dialogue. I personally miss him.
Shipment will also support Gunfight. I'm not 100% if we'll start with it in customs or if it'll go directly into the Gunfight rotation.

Shipment will support all core modes, including gunfight. ( we don't normally allow gunfight in 6v6+ maps if they are above a certain size ). I can't speak on exact details yet as we're still working on what best fits where.
Advanced options are specific to that mode. FFA had a few that weren't ready for primetime, so we pulled them. I'd love to bring them back when we have time, so this may be updated in a future patch.

So sorry these kids are all swarming you with requests. No wonder devs usually try to avoid direct communication with the players. All they do is demand more and more without any appreciation for the work that goes into it. sigh
Dealing with a community is not new for me. We take the good with the bad and feedback and frustrations are part of that. I fully understand the want to interject something when given a chance, even if it's not the best place to do it.
There are some things I don't directly work on, have control over, or am allowed to talk about for various reasons. It doesn't mean the feedback is ignored or forgotten. We're actively working ( yes even on weekends ) to continue making this a great game for everyone to enjoy.
We'll continue working on communication as well as the game as we go.

For the custom Dom mode, it was one I had already saved:
- Removes forced respawns
- Set to have the flags closest to spawn automatically captured. (Though, this feature hasn't worked for me as of yet.)
- Changed match into two 150 point rounds instead of a 200 point match.
If it means anything, I'm running it on Xbox, butbim not sure if that would make any difference in reliability for the matter.
Starting flags auto captured could be the culprit. This will be fixed in an upcoming patch, within the next two weeks. Thanks again, I'll look into any other potential causes as well.
Yeah, I played a few matches online before loading into Customs and messing around.
If it helps any, I was creating some custom Gunfight modes and trying some other things out as well, including: - Setting loadouts to be Point-Acquisition while having a set starting weapon and no pickups. (This made sprinting animations stuttery while having no ill effects in movement)
- Setting loadouts to be "Normal" to test custom loadouts on the game mode. (This led to an initial stutter in the game at the start of each round before resuming as normal. Bots [in my case] all ran an MG-34 based class while I could switch and edit classes as per usual.)
I eventually moved onto the Domination game in question where this occurred.
Another thing that happened was that while the announcer stated that the game was working in teams, the gameplay and kill feed showed it was a free-for-all where all melee attacks were an instant kill.
I hope this is enough information to make a conclusion on this.

- Did you load in using a custom mode recipe? Or just change rules and load in?
- What rules did you change, and to what?
The sprint animations are already being looked into.
I'll also look into the bots in 'Normal' loadouts potentially still grabbing Random loadouts.
