Today at around 5pm PDT the Infiltrator orbs were incorrectly dropping instead of the Super Sleuth Orbs from the Multiple Man Event. This issue has now been resolved. We will be sending out compensation for this issue in the near future. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi all! The team has been reading over the feedback regarding the recently announced upcoming changes to the Arena Store. One point that there was significant concern around is the new cost for newer characters being added to Supplies. The team has gone back and crunched the numbers again and we still achieve the goals of the new system by lowering the number from 1,250 to 975 Arena Credits, starting with Red Guardian. These changes will happen later today.

There is currently an issue where some players aren't able to purchase the S.T.R.I.K.E Pass offer. We are currently working on resolving this issue with those players. There are currently some issues and concerns following the 5.3 release that we would like to give an update on.

• S.T.R.I.K.E. Pass offer not being purchasable
  • This has been resolved, you can now purchase the S.T.R.I.K.E pass offer
• We will be sending the 930 S.T.R.I.K.E Tokens to those that were not able to originally redeem them by the end of week
• Game not loading on Chromebook
  • We are currently investigating this issue 
• Gamma Raids started a day early
  • Gamma Raids will be extended by one day. This will not affect the Alpha Raids that follow.
• Enemy Bishop incorrectly gaining Offense Up in Raids when player has a Jubilee
  • We are currently working on a fix
• There has been some confusion to Black Widow’s passive “Saboteur” not triggering Yelena’s passive “Red Room Graduate” to give Stealth when granting Offense Up. This is working as intended as the majority of passives do not trigger other passives in the game.
• There is an issue where sometimes the arrow buttons in inbox mess...
