I don't see it in the Patch Note but what about fixing Spin-up Heavy gun bug Bethesda has told to fix in Inside the Vault? Postponed?

The issue with heavy guns failing to fire sometimes while spinning up was a fix we wanted to move out of our Wastelanders update and into Update 16, but we determined it could not be done safely. Rather than potentially create a new issue there, we kept it where it is. We're still planning to address this one in Wastelanders.

HorrorPerformance

So no fix for turrets attacking our own camps? That's just gonna be a bug that is going to last into the new year? Also collectrons should collect both types of things at the same time if you already own the first collectron. Kind of a crap move on your part here Bethesda. I get that for performance reason you can't have both active but one could provide both things at once with no performance decrease.

We are aware of reports about the issue where Turrets may attack the owner's other C.A.M.P. objects and we are investigating. Unfortunately, we were unable to get a fix in time for this patch but we plan to address it in a future update.

We’re releasing Update 16 today, which includes a number of limited-time holiday events and activities, and brings a number of additional improvements and bug fixes to Fallout 76. Read on for today's patch notes or catch them on Fallout.com.

Update 16 Highlights

  • Holiday Scorched: Starting December 12, some of the Scorched will be spreading holiday cheer throughout Appalachia. Take them down to get a Holiday Gift, which you can unwrap to claim new loot!
  • Ho! Ho! Ho! Santatron is Here: Unlock a free Santatron for your C.A.M.P. by visiting the Atomic Shop now until December 31. Once built, your Santatron bot will roam your C.A.M.P. to find items like toys, candy, and more.
  • More Privacy for Private Worlds: We’ve added a new button to the Play Menu for Private Worlds that you can use to decide whether players in your friends list can enter your Private World.
  • (NW) Map Voting: The Flatwoods and Morgantown maps are now both available in Nuclear Winter. Exercise democracy by casting a vot...

To follow up on /u/LadyDevann’s earlier comment, the fix for the jet pack issue is part of a large list of bug fixes currently slated for release with our Wastelanders update. We know that fixing the jet pack bug is important to the community, and we are working to move the fix into our December patch instead so that it can go out sooner. We will let you know as soon as we have confirmed the timing on this one.

Hello! We have an update to share on this issue and more generally on upcoming fixes in future patches.

We’ve been working to address a large list of issues across all areas of the game in our upcoming Wastelanders update, including many of the community’s most-requested bug fixes, like the +250 DR legendary effect issue.

Right now, we’re looking to pull some of these community reported bugs, including this one, into an earlier patch. However, we need to be sure we can do this safely, without creating new issues where there weren’t any before. We know this one is a priority for the community, and we’ll share more firm details with you on timing as soon as that's locked in.

We’ve been seeing rumors flying around about the notion that players who report issues are banned. We want to assure you this is without a doubt NOT true. Players are absolutely encouraged to report issues, especially through a Customer Support ticket so we can better track it. Reported issues are critical in helping us find and fix the things you are seeing, whether that’s a minor bug to a problematic exploit. We are so grateful to those that take the time to point these out and let us know about them. We would NEVER ban a player for reporting issues or exploits.

There have been cases where players have used third-party software to take advantage of an exploit usually in excess of hundreds of times. In cases where this has happened, this is a violation of our Terms of Service and in those cases the accounts are actioned. If you find an exploit, you should absolutely report it to us but do not continue use of it.

We are actively issuing suspensions and bans to players confirmed to...

Hi everyone,

We have been looking into recent reports from a few players who lost items from their inventories after participating in Vault 94 Missions. Following our investigation, we found that a very small number of players lost items in this way. Thank you to those who reported this to us after noticing that their character had lost items, our Customer Support team will soon be reaching out to owners of the affected characters to make things right.

Even though only a few characters were affected, we take issues like this seriously. Alongside the release of Patch 13 yesterday, we included an improvement that will mitigate this issue going forward, and we’ll continue to monitor.

As a reminder, if you encounter an issue with your account, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support team.

Thank you

Hi again everyone,

As an update on today’s hotfix, we unfortunately discovered an additional issue with our planned fix for Power Armor at the last minute and we don’t currently feel this fix will bring the improvement we had hoped for. We’ve decided that we are going to hold off on releasing the fix for the Power Armor control lock until we are completely confident that the core issue has been addressed. We know many of you are waiting for this fix, and we are working to address this bug as soon as we possibly can.

However, we are still going to roll out the planned server stability fix today, which should reduce cases of disconnects. As a result, we are pushing today’s maintenance back by one hour, to 11:00 a.m. EDT.

Thank you very much, we will continue to keep you updated throughout today’s maintenance. We'll update this post with this information as well.

And patch 13 will come next week or will we have to wait much longer? https://www.reddit.com/r/fo76/comments/cpx4rb/fallout_76_fix_project_bugs_and_suggestions_list/

Because now I have stopped playing because there is more chance of losing things than in getting interesting new things ...

We are targeting September 10th for Patch 13.

Hi everyone,

We are currently planning to bring Fallout 76 offline across all platforms at 10:00 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, September 4, to apply a server stability improvement and release a fix for an issue that could cause the game controls to become unresponsive after exiting a set of Power Armor.

Keep an eye on this forum thread for updates throughout tomorrow’s maintenance. We will let you know as soon as you can head back into the Wasteland.

Thank you!
