(2019) My Fallout 1st subscription was taken away from me by Bethesda. Can someone please tell me why???

So I bought Fallout 1st for one month, but shortly after paying I deactivated the subscription so no more funds will be taken from my bank account. When I was doing that there was an information that my subscription will be valid to the 23 November. Now, here I am week after that and my private world aand scrap box are locked. I was either lied to by the website or there's another bug connected to the subscription. Not epic.

As an update, we believe this issue is now resolved following investigation. Can those of you who were affected please log back into the game to see if your Fallout 1st membership benefits are now available?
