Are the players you're playing with located in the same country? When we matchmake we take ping of all parties into account and try to get the closest average server connection.

Custom games may default to the party leader's closest server.

We have a fix ready. We're holding off deploying until we get the servers in a better state (reducing the amount of change at once). We're confirming recovery options. We may have to apply updates to players to grant rewards that are currently behind. The initial fix will cover moving forward. Getting clarity on the remedy for those in the current state --we will make sure you get your rewards, just not sure if it will apply with the fix or if we'll need to run some scripts to apply the rewards to the accounts.

Starting deploying of the fix. Americas/Europe/Korea are all deployed. APAC will be out shortly.

This will fix players moving forward. Some players who play another game may get their rewards resolved, but it looks like we have to adjust previous accounts in a more manual way. We are working to resolve those players' issues, but it may take some time today to make sure they're in a good state.

Server queue is constantly resetting in last few seconds of countdown. You guys need to sort that out. Queueing is fine but resetting the timer at 10 seconds is pure trolling.

It's a rough estimate based on total players in queue and rate of players getting in. If we get into a scenario with the queue not draining properly--such as what we were just seeing, this may happen. In normal circumstances it shouldn't constantly refresh.

interesting how NA is working fine with some minor problems and eu has big problems. yea, login que jumping from 150 to 700 seconds

EU's in peak and NA's in early morning. Scale of issues will impact differently with a vast difference in player size.

Restart is done. There will be a login queue while the rush of players start hopping in.

We're seeing some players get stuck in the login queue. We will reset the queue and increase the rate.

If things go well, we should be able to apply in the next hour or two, but we're going to be heavily monitoring the shards after the restart and matchmaking adjustments.

We've reduced game starts in SEA to try to recover without a full restart for the moment.

Yes, but we will probably apply that fix shortly after we get confirmation that the service is back in a stable state. We're reducing the amount of changes at the same time to make sure that we don't put ourselves in a worse state.

Does this include error 7? Your page says my account might be suspended but I never played the game before. Anyway I appreciate the response!

I would wager that errors during this time are related to the downtime. Not sure why 7 would be popping up, but it's likely that it's failing to initialize properly.

We're looking into some issues across several of our games servers. We're currently restarting our EU servers and are investigating reports of issues in the other shards.

Fix we're testing should reconcile. It may require finishing a game and gaining XP for the previously earned rewards to show up. Still in testing but that's currently our expectation when applied (assuming it passes testing).

First fix didn't resolve, but it did help us uncover root cause. New fix in testing now.
