It's been upvoted more than 1100 times on the Bug Report forum and it still seems like WotC is still pretending like nothing is wrong?

We definitely know that something is wrong. That's why we posted this fix on 3/12!

If you are running into a black screen upon update, your computer just needs to be updated! Please download the latest version of Visual C++ vc_redist.x86.exe to fix this. You can do so here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

This past Saturday, when I got back in to the game after the update, I purchased a bunch of the new cosmetics including both the Thalia SL bundle and the Turn 2 bundle including the style for the original Thalia art. Today, trying to put Thalia into a deck, it's letting me select any of the SL styles but NOT the original art's style, saying I have to purchase it in a bundle, with a link to the store where... The Turn 2 bundle shows as still unpurchased. Yet I have double checked and I do have the *rest* of the styles from the Turn 2 bundle. What gives? How can I fix this?

Well, I installed that thing, it fixed my problem but now almost every game I play, it freezes my laptop and I gotta reboot my laptop. This is BS. Is there a way we can get reimbursement for the Mastery Pass? At least partial reimbursement? I do not want to continue playing this game because they are just stealing my money right now. Everything as been fine for the past months and then they decide to update the game and someone at this company can't do his job right and tons of players are having problems, none are being resolved.
First off, zero need for insults. The issue you're having could be due to a lot of different things not even on our end (like a hardware update). Insulting anyone (including employees) on these forums is a Code of Conduct violation.
Second, report this to us! We can't look into something in depth if we don't have info. ...

yeah...clearly there are a wide variety -- that's actually great. schedule -- that's what would be awesome.

Each SL drop is supposed to speak to someone different. If this one doesn't speak to you, that's perfectly okay. We've got a lot of fun things planned and maybe one of those will be cool to you. :slightly_smiling_face:

Yep the drop comes with a code! The code redeems for a Thalia sleeve, and four card styles (one of each art).

his drop comes with four physical MTG copies of Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, each with a different piece of art and flavor text highlighting her story. It also comes with an MTGA code for each piece of art as a card style... Because Thalia is going to be available in game with Historic Anthology II! Oh, and a Thalia card sleeve as well.

Just wanted to 100% confirm. Do you get wildcards for crafting Oko/Once Upon a Time/Veil after the first ban in standard and before the next Arena patch? Thanks!

Great question! You will receive a Wildcard for each Oko that you crafted AFTER the Standard ban, but you will only receive a maximum four Wildcards back. So for example:

You have two copies of Oko, but oh no! He was just banned in Standard! You were then given two Wildcards (one for each Oko). Then you decide to craft two more Oko's for Historic, because you think Historic needs more elk. Well now that he is banned in Historic, you get two MORE Wildcards back.

Now if you crafted four Oko's before the Standard ban, and got four Wildcards back, you already got your max four Wildcards.

Hopefully this makes sense!
