I know earlier there were problems with the XBox servers, but I've brought it up with the team since it seems to be across multiple platforms. If you're having these sync problems as well, please leave your platform + datacenter so I can get a better initial feel for the scope of the issue and can give some better direction for the team as to where to look.

The issues with end-of-game rewards and matchmaking issues for some PC/PS4 players should now be resolved.

Following our investigation, we found that an ongoing degradation was causing issues for some of our PC/PS4 players, resulting in lost game data for those players' games to our servers. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding everyone, and we will discuss appropriate compensation once the team is back in the office on Monday.

We're going to monitor the results of the PC maintenance once it's complete and will decide on PS4 if we see things improve on PC.

Update [03.14.20 - 8:30 PM EDT]: Issues should be resolved, please see here for details.

[03.14.20 - 2:30 PM EDT]: We're performing an emergency maintenance on PC at this time which may help to alleviate some of the reported issues. We'll monitor the results and make a decision for a PS4 maintenance once it is complete.

We're currently looking into the matchmaking and missing end-of-game rewards reports on PC and PS4.

Did you ever play the trial version? It may be confusing the two if you have both builds installed on your PS4. Please send in a ticket to support so they can help you investigate and look for a fix.
