Are you trying to use two different uplay accounts? One through steam and one through uplay? Or is this both on the same PC? Can you clarify the situation a bit and what it is you're trying to do? If it's already downloaded on steam, then can you launch it from steam using your wife's linked Uplay account? Then if the problem is that you can't launch it through steam with your Uplay it's because it's not registered to the same account and therefore not recognizing it. Hi! Restart! Any locked ops should go back to normal once you do. You probably disconnected slightly at some point and your account likely partially desynced from our servers which caused the error in your account profile.

BattlEye does handle cheat detection, but we still control account bans. If you legitimately were wrongfully banned by some kind of false-positive edge case, then send in a ticket to us. State your case clearly and be descriptive. We'll investigate and get back to you.

It's a known issue and we're looking into it - I know some players would like to be able to mix and match parts of the elite, but as of now, elite sets come as a package. Maybe after seeing some of the feedback due to the bug we'll start exploring more options for the elite in the future.

I feel like someone have to share with you this secret, we've been keeping for ourselves this whole time. QA is a thing. Seriously, it's not even that hard. You just need to launch your current build locally and just glance for 30 seconds on changes you've made to make sure everything is as intended. For example if you change something on a specific map then start a game on that map and look around. If you can't see shit then maybe something is wrong with that build.

We do have QA teams who work very hard to try and make sure each build is player-ready. There are a million things to check with each build, and then a million more. Maps, operators, cosmetics, bugs that were fixed with the patch - they work to check e v e r y t h i n g. So, unfortunately, sometimes we miss a few things. We do apologize for the inconvenience. The team has also been working under abnormal circumstances, so I hope you understand.

Yes it is the first time for a map.

An update to the Consulate map was released with the Y5S1.1 patch which introduced a lighting issue that caused the map to be much darker than intended. We are working towards releasing a PC hotfix early next week, and Console will have the fix in the Y5S1.2 patch. Until we can release the fix, we have deactivated Consulate for all platforms to mitigate the impact for players.
