you need to await 21 days from the day you bought your game before you will be able to reset your game profile.
You will be able to do that through your game profile on our page https://www.escapefromtarkov.com/profile or through the game launcher.
I recommend you to try to make budget runs, play as a scav and watch guides how to do runs with low budget you can find many guides on YouTube, also finding a group of players who will play with you and teach you can be a really good thing, we have a special section on our Forums called LFG (Looking For Group), I recommend you to check it, I am sharing the link to it below:

@Shuiy is not right here, it worked like that in the past.
At the moment you do not need to reset your account, you will recieve all the items through the in-game messenger and your stash will get upgraded as you will upgrade your account.
At the moment, players may have difficulties entering the game. We are already working to fix this issue as fast as we can.
