Tank items look far too weak, they're basically playing in season 10 still while everyone elses items do so much more than before. At least some of them can build AD fighters items but the AP focused ones are done.
This has not been the case in playtesting. Tanks are still brutal.

why don't you fix pathing issues then? or make it so you can't be completely stuck in minions. It's hilarious that you would even attempt to defend this clip rather than admit its bad, offer sympathy and come up with alternate solutions.
I didn't attempt to defend the clip. The post I'm replying to is suggesting we don't have minions block champions. I was just explaining that minions interacting with champs is important.
The stuff we see in the clip is clearly not good enough and I hope we can do better in future to correct it.

You know, both supports featured in this clip would become non-functional in lane if you could pass through minions. To avoid their hooks, you'd be fine to stand on a minion or completely within the wave.
So buff hook supports in some way to compensate. Now we have to deal with annoying minion block in all games because "hook supports would be useless".
There's other examples, too, like any skillshot missile. I was just using the video clip here as an example. Also, I'm not sure people main Thresh for those "sweet lantern throws" as much as fishing for hooks. It's just not his fantasy.

Cloud soul is underrated. People don't understand how valuable movement speed is... Riot nerfed Karthus by lowering his movespeed and now people are already not playing him. His winrate went down 3% from 5 movespeed.
You're the first I've seen even note that cloud soul has movement speed. The damage reduction on a skillshot you dodge (or enemy team collapse you escape) is 100%.

People in this thread are forgetting you can just stack your transformation from 0% to 99% on any champion and for the last bit get the orbs for the transformation you really want. You can camp the renekton lane for 10 minutes and then at the last 1% you gank their botlane and boom, blue kayn. It's still an awful mechanic, I can agree with that but it's not as horrendous as people are saying it is.
I changed this a few months ago. Damage to both champ types fill your 'violence' bar, but the one that filled it the most is chosen when you hit 100%.

I'm an avid poker and rummy player, so this game is really in my wheelhouse of what I like. But unfortunately my PC crashes after playing for more than 10 min at a time.
Out of fear for it happening again, and potentially doing more permanent damage, I think I won't open the game again.
We're working on a low performance mode setting, should reduce memory and GPU load. Soon as this coming we'll.
