Report it to /u/partwelsh and /u/braddock512, it's best if you do it via Twitter. Jeff himself noticed a tweet with a BF4 recording of some racist scum verbally abusing a player, he asked for the platform and username. Worth a shot.

Our team are able to investigate and action faster when you report directly via the systems that we have in place to manage these things.
We always have the facility to do entirely manual investigation, but if we have it direct from a player, in relation to an incident that you've encountered with another player, our systems allow us to properly match and present this to us so that it can be actioned where appropriate.
I have no problem with people highlighting incidents to myself or Jeff so that we can make sure its seen by the teams who manage our moderation and enact bans, but for transparency, we aren't privy to their tools and tech beyond that, and are never in a position to confirm where action has been taken.
