We found that it was punishing a lot more honorable players who could not form a team because one of their friends/teammates did not qualify as opposed to being a punishment purely for dishonorable players.
Is garena part of the global clash test?

Sorry but could you answer people's question regarding honour? I haven't seen any riot response regarding this. Do you need to be lvl 2 to play this time? I can join and make a team but I don't want to join a team only to find out on Saturday that I can't play and waste 4 other people's time.

Why didn’t it come out on patch release?
we almost never release new skins with the patch release. It's usually on the Thursday after a patch.
