I just joined my friend team for clash and I'm not honor lv2. Is this some kind of bug or you can join but can't lock in when actual tournament begins.
Nope, we removed the honor restriction.

Can I ask why?
We found that it was punishing a lot more honorable players who could not form a team because one of their friends/teammates did not qualify as opposed to being a punishment purely for dishonorable players.
