I am unable to reproduce this internally. I tried the two Heroes you called out but have no problem pinging the ability or seeing the tooltip.
Out of curiosity, do you use any non-standard hotkeys, such as for Mount or Smart Command? Could you also attach a picture of what you are seeing here to help me see what is happening on your side?

We are currently looking to identify these broken games. It is important if you are stuck trying to reconnect to just hold tight and avoid trying to reconnect. After waiting about 30 minutes to an hour, try launching the game again and see if you are able to get in to the menu.
If after waiting 30 min to an hour and you are still unable to get back into your game, please post here so we can look into your game!

The Season rewards for this year were the Portrait and the Gold only. There are no other missing rewards. As this is not a bug, this would be great feedback to discuss on the General Discussion forum!
If you press Command+Tab again, does the game open back up? Essentially, minimizing the game, and maximizing it should fix the problem for now.

Can you try minimizing the build and re-maximizing it? You can do this with CMD+Tab. After you maximize the game, you should have full control again. If you do not let me know!

Correct, it is now usable in both forms!
We have made several changes since Blizzcon, and the Deathwing you all got to play on the show floor is no longer the same as what we have on the PTR right now.
