How about putting in the promised double merits we were supposed to get starting yesterday?
We're aware that 2X Merits did not activate as planned and are looking into it. We'll update on Twitter when/if we are able to resolve it.

This is tied to a variety of server outages over that time period. Earned items at the time of loss will be restored when servers come back online.
Hey just making sure you saw it. When there are posts about cheaters on pc who are allowed to cheat for months with no consequences, one tag apparently isn't enough to get your attention so I thought I'd try two.
I think I know the thread you are referencing. I elected to not respond to that thread because it was loaded and not constructive.
I have zero interest in threads which ask us to “admit we don’t care” because that’s simply not the case. I drive community reports to our team as soon as I possibly can and that team then investigates as soon as they possibly can. This is the only action loop I can speak to which creates an impasse.

Anything earned like Reserves during instability doesnt end up counting correct?
Typically. The recent server issues are generally related to those and the team responsible for it fast-tracks stability.
This has happened to me three times this weekend. Definitely needs to be addressed. All my skins (character and weapon), emotes and camos disappear, then when I reset the game they're back but I need to reequip them all. So dumb.

It is my understanding that the items should reappear where you had them last equipped once servers stabilize.
