you cant always report in-game. during traz a guy wldnt take damage. we stopped landing on him. final circle, we died to another team. shortly after the cheater won. but since he didnt final kill my team I cldnt report

It's currently possible to report from the social tab in situations where you might not be able to report from a killcam.

What you're describing also sounds like a rare bug that benefits the player and actually isn't a product of cheating. Feel free to report in those situations, but I hope this context provides some clarity regarding those situations. I don't have any updates regarding that bug either. I only know that it exists and it was something we were tracking.
