page file or not same issue after waiting for 25 mins of waiting gave up this never used to happen i dont think its got nothing to do with rm or page file or i could be wrong but all i know and sure off is nothing like this used to happen to me and now its been 2 days keep in my mind my rm is 48 gb and i have only 2200 assets an mods

What's your pagefile set to?
To see if something else is up, try adding the launch options -noWorkshop and -disableMods to Steam and start a new city. Does it take just as long to load?
How To Set Launch Options
  • Right-click on the game title under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
  • Under the General tab click the Set launch options... button.
  • Enter the launch options you wish to apply (be sure to separate each code...

I think I know what you're talking about. It's the weird road or path glitches that rip through a map sometimes.
I know they are sometimes caused by certain really old road layouts or interchanges from around the time the game came out. Messing around with road anarchy mods and/or Move It can also cause it, but in my experience that's less likely to happen.
Have you been building your city up in the same way each time? Perhaps there is a space on the map that triggers it or some interchange you're using each time since it keeps happening for you.
I haven't encountered a map having it happen consistently, but I guess it's also possible. What map are you using? Read more
For the game itself you would just install Steam on the other computer, then log in to your account and install the game.
If you want to move your savegame over, then you can use the Steam cloud or move the savefile manually. It's found in C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Saves

You're doing what's called a 2nd load, which breaks a lot of mods. So having some weird stuff happening is expected. Always restart the game after loading once to avoid this. It's how the game loads things - the 2nd load goes "on top" of the first one without clearing the first load. So everything is running twice (or trying to), which messes with mods and increases your RAM usage. Read more
This looks like something that should be reported on the official support & bug forum: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/how-to-best-report-technical-issues-and-get-help.920608/
It could be. Might be worth trying to disable/unsubscribe Ploppable Asphalt and see if it will load without errors, then save as a new file if it does. Ofc you'd lose all your Ploppable Asphalt, but I guess that's better than trying without PO and losing all POs.
You're getting some errors towards the end of the from some Procedural Objects. Not sure how to fix that I'm afraid, but I recommend asking in the comments of the workshop page for the mod. Perhaps someone who is more familiar with the mod can help. This is the error:
[ProceduralObjects] Failed to load a Procedural Object :

Sounds like the launcher isn't installing right. Try the steps in this thread, and if that doesn't help follow the instructions at the end to contact Paradox Support.

Just load the save again. Either the error will be gone (and there won't be a point in us looking into it further) or it will happen again and create a new log, which you can then upload. :)
You're running out of memory. With only 4 GB RAM you should avoid workshop content, if you aren't already. You will also want to set up a custom size for your pagefile. I recommend 32 GB. That should stop the crashing.

You upload it there and then post a link to the file here. Then I'll take a look as soon as I can. :)
You can't post the log here, but you can post it online somewhere like a file sharing website or a cloud drive, then I can take a look.
Here's a few sites you can upload it to, which do not require you to sign up first:
https://uploadfiles.io/ - free, no sign-up, can handle large log files
https://paste.ee/ - fast, no sign-up required (some log files will be too large for it though)
https://zerobin.net/ - bit clunky, but can handle huge files, no sign-up required Read more

look at the comments, natural resources won't show on the map when that is active

I mean yeah. It's a feature of the mod, so if I go enable the one to hide the color changes from natural resources, then the mod will do exactly what it's supposed to do and hide them. ;)
@Kompaktive: No More Radioactive Desert and More is just visual. It doesn't change anything other than how things look, so it can be disabled again. The only danger is really forgetting that the ground is polluted when you can't see it and poisoning your citizens. Not that I've done that ofc! Ahem... :P Read more
Sounds like maybe you're running out of RAM. Check RAM usage while the game runs. If you're on Windows, open the task manager (ctrl + shift + esc) and find the Performance tab. That will show you much RAM is being used and how much is free.
Trams are content only available in Snowfall, so if you don't have Snowfall, it makes sense that you don't have trams.
Hmm, it took a while where nothing happened, but in September (in game) cars finally made it to the city. Try and leave it running for a long while and see if they start showing up. If they aren't coming from the closest outside connection, they have to take a long road around because of the way the map is designed. Definitely gets you sitting there for a while worried that something is wrong.
If you make it into October and no vehicles arrive, then there's something up with your game, that we'd need to solve. Then I'll need your output log (player.log on Mac and Linux) to see might be happening. This guide explains where to find it and suggests some sites to upload it to, as we can't attach files here on Steam.

But definitely worth letting it run longer. It feels like forever even at 3x speed, but they did make it there eventually. Read more

Unsubscribe from these mods and get the replacements when relevant:
- Ploppable RICO - get Ploppable RICO Revisited instead
- Tree Brush - you don't need it when you also have Extra Landscaping Tools
- Cross the Line - you don't need this when you unlock all tiles with 81 tiles
- Automatic Bulldoze v2 - conflicts with Bulldoze It. If Bulldoze It doesn't work for you, try AutomaticBulldoze v3. But make sure to remove the old one(s) first.
Make sure to restart the game and enable any new mods, as they are different IDs and will be disabled by default. Then start your city and use TMPE to despawn all traffic (or despawn the problematic trains manually). Let the game run and see if it starts to happen again. Read more
I had a look at your city. Just to test, I despawned all traffic and left the game running half an hour. I didn't have any empty trains spawn in that period. I just subscribed to all mods the save asked for, but there are some overlaps, so let's have a look at your log for good measure.
We'll need to see the output_log.txt (called player.log on Mac and Linux). Here's where to find the log depending on your operating system. To easily find the local files for the game, right click your game in the Steam library, select Properties, go to the Local Files tab and select Browse local files.
Windows
\SteamApps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities_Data\output_log.txt
Mac OS X
Users//Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log
Linux
~/.config/unity3d/Colossal Order/Cities: Skylines/Player.log

Try doing a clean install of the game.
- Remove the game from Steam (uninstall)
- Manually delete all these files and folders, if still there:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\
...\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\255710\
...\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines
(first move the /saves/ folder elsewhere to keep your save games)
(To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer)
Hmm, that sounds very strange! The game can be a bit slow to shut down with a lot of workshop content, but not several hours! :S
Try adding the launch options -noWorkshop and -disableMods and see if it's the same with those in place.
How To Set Launch Options
  • Right-click on the game title under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
  • Under the General tab click the Set launch options... button.
  • Enter the launch options you wish to apply (be sure to separate each code with a space) and click OK. Should look like this:
    -noWorkshop -disableMods
  • Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.
