Lua’s Prey: Baruuk Prime: Hotfix 32.2.10.1 is live!

Changes: 

• Updated Voruna’s Shroud of Dynar ability description to align with the changes made in the previous hotfix:

  • Voruna’s Shroud of Dynar now grants her the buff for 3 seconds upon leaving invisibility in every possible way instead of it relying on if you used melee and hit a target.

Lua’s Prey: Baruuk Prime: Hotfix 32.2.10

Changes: 

• Voruna’s Shroud of Dynar now grants her the buff for 3 seconds upon leaving invisibility in every possible way instead of it relying on if you used melee and hit a target. 

• Reduced the amount of damage the Tomb Protector Effigy does in the Sands of Inaros Quest’s final boss fight. 

  • The Specters Mutalist Cernos was causing very strong Toxin Status Effects that made it near impossible to survive against and complete the Quest. 

• Clem Specters and Kahl (spawned from the Skaut’s “Kahl Beacon” Air Support) now have a full 360-degree vision to improve their ability to target enemies more effectively. 

Optimizations: 

• Optimized Vor’s Prize Quest to fix some hitches. 

Cross Platform Play Fixes: 

• Fixed sending an invite to a username used across different platforms not showing an account number suffix, making it confusing to know to...

The new year has brought the additional steps noted in the original post.

Now, Warframe and Warframe purchases are unavailable for all players in Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Crimea, and the Donbas region. This applies to all existing accounts.

It’s important to note that accounts are not directly affected (nothing is lost) - just access to Warframe is disabled in these regions.

Happy 2023, Tenno! And happy first hotfix of the year - we’re kicking it off by fixing some issues that were reported over the Holiday break and also continuing the new year party with new Lunar Renewal bundles.

Lua’s Prey: Baruuk Prime: Hotfix 32.2.8

Quick follow-up hotfix to address players getting indefinitely stuck in loading tunnels!

Fixes: 

• Fixed getting indefinitely stuck in the loading tunnel when returning to a town from an open landscape (Plains of Eidolon to Cetus for example), Railjack loading tunnel, and the Zariman elevator.  

  • The end of mission screen did not show the rewards in the UI, but players who were stuck did not lose any rewards from these missions. Their accounts were updated upon mission completion. 

• Fixed using Feast on the Deimos Carnis Rex enemy halving Grendel’s jump height. 

• Fixed the Status Immunity Invigoration preventing melee parrying.

Lua’s Prey: Baruuk Prime: Hotfix 32.2.7

Fixes: 

• Fixed the Necramech Essential Mod Bundle missing the Necramech Intensify mod. 

  • For those who purchased the Bundle, a script will be run to deliver the missing Necramech Intensify Mod. We will update the thread here once it has begun. 

• Fixed Titania’s Tribute not transforming enemies into beacons and applying buffs. As reported here: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/1333706-titania-bug/?ct=1670350493

• Fixed Baruuk not gaining Energy from Energy Restores while Serene Storm is active. 

• Fixed offset issues with the Embolist Leg Growths Armor and Galvanik Leg Plates when equipped on Baruuk Prime.

• Fixed a rare crash that could occur when extracting from a mission.

• Fixed a crash that could occur when viewing the Friends list and it refreshes. 

  • Also potentially fixes crashing when someone has unfriended you. The ultimate unfriending burn.

• Fixed crash that could occur when a player leaves your Squad from a Defense or Interception mission with a different Glyph selected. 

• Fixed Voruna’s Ulfrun’s Descent giving Affinity on cast instead of when the ability is actually triggered by lunging at an enemy and dealing damage. 

  • This fix follows suit with how Affinity for Warframe Abilities is granted across the board (ie. the Ability performs a function).

• Fixed Voruna’s Fangs of Raksh passive preventing melee blocking (auto and manual).  

• Fixed Styanax’s Rally Point not granting Shields on recast while it is already active.

Hello Tenno!

We wanted to provide an update on what current region restrictions Digital Extremes will be upholding.

Warframe is currently unavailable in Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, the Crimea region, and the Donbas region. Meaning payment and new account creation are no longer available.

Current users in those regions will still have access to the game (payment options disabled), but please know we plan to take further steps in the new year to disable access.

The previously announced “Ceasing Payment Options in Russia and Belarus” still stands as well.

Lua’s Prey: Hotfix 32.2.4

Voruna’s Ulfrun's Descent Changes:  

After one week of Lua’s Prey being in your hands and reading your feedback, we have a few changes to Voruna’s 4th ability, Ulfrun’s Descent. The majority of Voruna's feedback has been centered around this ability and its damage output, with the desire to make it feel more deadly. Below is our first take on bumping up the ferocity and opening up more synergy with her kit. We will continue to review Voruna's feedback - we have a few more things we’re experimenting with! 

• Added 20% Critical Chance and 1.5x Critical Damage. 

• Every kill increases Critical Chance by 5% and Critical Damage by 0.5x. 

• Shroud of Dynar’s Critical Damage buffs also now apply to Ulfrun’s Descent.

Changes: 

• The Perigale sniper rifle can now trigger the Gale Force buff on headshot kills. It also still triggers if you get 4 non-lethal headshot hits in the same burst.

We're calling on PC Tenno to help us hunt down the elusive Out Of Memory bug.

For those who prefer text over visuals: the Out of Memory crash has been the #1 bug on our leaderboards, and we need your help to end its reign. The Out of Memory crash occurs when something in the game has a "memory leak." This could be from a cosmetic, a loadout, an enemy encounter, a change in the weather- the list goes on. The memory leak can often be attributed to when your RAM value starts to climb uncontrollably. 

The request:

1. Log into Warframe on PC and, under Options => Video Settings, enable "Show FPS" 
2. Note the RAM value while you're playing for moments when the number jumps above 3,000MB (ie: 3GB) -- if it starts to climb toward 4GB you've hit the bug!
3. Include reproduction steps in a reply to this thread when you experience the RAM jump
4. Include a video of the experience if possible

Some of you may have noticed that your missions and region chat have a lot of new faces. That’s right, the next phase of the Cross Platform Play test is live with the inclusion of Switch and PlayStation! We will continue to monitor for any issues. Conjunction Survival Fix: 

• Fixed the Necramech cooldown timer in Conjunction Survival being shorter than intended if destroyed by enemies instead of timing out.

Fixes: 

• Fixed black screen occurring when attempting to purchase Riven Mods in Iron Wake. 

• Fixed the Perigale’s Max Ammo stat rapidly increasing beyond intended when triggering its ammo increase on headshots while wielded by Voruna. 

  • It is intended to increase the ammo pool to 48 for Voruna. 

• Fixed script error with Squad HUD elements.

Lua’s Prey: Hotfix 32.2.2

Changes: 

• The Complete Starter Slot Bundle is back! Expand your Arsenal with 2x Warframe Slots, 2x Weapon Slots, and 2x Companion Slots.

  • Yesterday, we took down the bundle shortly after the launch of Lua’s Prey as there was an issue with the UI not accounting for the price of each individual Warframe Slot (incorrectly showing that 2x Warframe Slots costs 20 Platinum, which is the the cost of 1). So we have fixed that issue across the board, and have re-enabled the Bundle to be purchased in the in-game Market. 

• Removed the Tenet Ferrox from Conclave. 

Conjunction Survival Changes & Fixes: 

• Fixed Steel Path Conjunction Survival Nodes (Yuvarium & Circulus) not rewarding the bonus Lua Thrax Plasm as intended (compared to their non-Steel Path numbers). Rotation Rewards for these Steel Path are back to what they were intended to be:

Changes: 

• Updated Grendel’s Nourish ability description to properly indicate that all energy sources are boosted, not just from Energy Orbs as previously stated. 

• Added a new backer to the new enemy damage resistance icons to improve visibility. 

• Added greater pitch variance for Voruna’s ability howl sound FX. 

• Updated the sound FX of the wolves in Voruna’s Leverian. 

• Adjusted the sound FX of the Speargun Voruna Idle animations. 

• Decreased the Perigale’s sound FX pitch range and overall gain. 

Conjunction Survival Changes & Fixes: 

• Removed a tile from the Orokin Moon tileset as it was not playing nice with color blind options and the black and white filter from the Lone Guardian (panels not lighting up for example). 

• Fixed Nekros’ Lua Thrax Shadows of the Dead applying their Life Support drain in Conjunction Survival missions.
