Hello, we have investigated the issue and the music file does not have additional sound effects as you outlined in your post. Could you provide a video / audio capture of your issue so we can investigate further?

Thank you for the feedback. We are looking in to adding a toggle specifically for Ordis transmissions in the orbiter. It will likely ship with the Whispers In the Walls update.
