Echoes of Duviri: Hotfix 33.6.8

Changes:

  • Updated the Cetus Wisp description to indicate better how to obtain them. 

    • “Most common at night, these stone lifeforms are drawn to shorelines touched by the Eidolon. They linger around lakes on the Plains of Eidolon at all hours. Their origin remains mysterious.”

    • We have an additional QOL change coming to Cetus Wisps in the upcoming Abyss of Dagath Update - stay tuned! 

Fixes:

  • Fixed being unable to chatlink the Gotva Prime.

  • Fixed being able to use Transference in the second stage of the Duviri Paradox Quest, resulting in players being stuck as the Drifter.

  • Fixed various pathing issues with Executioner Zura in Dog Days. 

  • Fixed Medusalyst Towers not having their projectile weapon if Kahl has died before reaching them in the “Prison Break” Break Narmer mission.

We are back in action after an incredible TennoCon! Thank you Tenno for joining us in celebrating 10 Years of Warframe and sharing your excitement for the future with each reveal.

We’re back in action after TennoCon 2023 - and our number one priority is addressing the community’s reaction to the Heirloom Collection.

We missed the mark here and understand the feedback we're receiving because of it. After taking some time to review and evaluate our options based on the concerns, we have opted to increase the Platinum amounts in all Heirloom Packs. 

The Feedback we can address for the current Heirloom Collection:

“The value of the Packs does not justify the price point.”

Our Change to Address:

We are increasing Platinum to all Heirloom Packs to bring them alongside Prime Access standards:

  • Increase Platinum in Risen Pack: 400 to 800
  • Add Platinum in Celestial Pack: 800
  • Increase Platinum in Zenith Pack: 600 to 2100

*The Platinum will be delivered via in-game Inbox to accounts that have already purchased the respective Packs. We are coordinating our efforts now to arrange the Inbox send, and Hotfi...

We will be reverting the change that resulted in this for our next Hotfix! We're juggling some things at the moment in the name of preparation (ooo mysterious what could it be for), but we will get a Hotfix out the week of August 14th wth this revert.

Additions:

  • Added Incarnon descriptions to the on-hover pop-up in the Steel Path Circuit reward selection screen.

  • Added the ability to dismount the Ropalolyst via the melee input. 

Fixes:

  • Fixed mashing the Cipher button resulted in a total loss of input, meaning players could not leave the hacking screen. 

  • Fixed players losing functionality after accessing cameras in Break Narmer missions.

  • Fixed Facial Accessories no longer appearing with the Stranger’s Hood equipped and Hood toggled off. 

  • Fixed Circuit Assassinate Jackal not being given the same “boss-type” classification as other assassination targets.

Hello!

If you’ve spent a lot of time in Duviri on the Steel Path, you may be having some issues accessing these nodes after our recent Hotfixes. This is due to a fix for players not earning Duviri Steel Path Trophies that caused more widespread issues than we anticipated.

In short, after Hotfix 33.5.6, you will have to go through additional steps to re-access Steel Path Duviri due to this bug fix. To help clear up any confusion, here is what needs to be done:

  • Complete the Duviri Paradox Quest (if you haven’t already).

  • Complete a minimum of one Stage of the Normal Path Circuit and extract.

  • Defeat the Orowyrm in Normal Path Lone Story and extract. 

Once you have completed those three nodes, Steel Path Duviri should be open to you, like with all other Regions.

The Seven Crimes of Kullervo: Hotfix 33.5.6


Small hotfix to address the following priority issues.

Fixes

  • Fixed being unable to trade Arcanes due to them appearing as Mods in the trading UI. 

  • Fixed The Duviri Experience node not registering as complete after finishing The Duviri Paradox Quest, which was preventing the other Duviri nodes (Circuit and Lone Story) from being marked correctly. This led to the Steel Path not unlocking or completing for most players (since the intended flow of needing the normal nodes completed first was not being fulfilled). 

    • Since the other nodes were not registering as complete due to the above issue, in order to unlock Duviri on The Steel Path now, you may need to replay and complete The Circuit and Lone Story on their normal difficulty. A UI pop-up will occur to generally indicate if any of the normal nodes needs to be completed before The Steel Path can be unlocked for Duviri. An additional c...

The Seven Crimes of Kullervo: Hotfix 33.5.5

New End User License Agreement (EULA) 

Our EULA has been updated from its last iteration (dated June 27, 2017). Upon downloading today’s hotfix, you will be prompted to read and accept the new EULA via the launcher before launching Warframe. Kullervo Changes & Fixes: 

The following changes have been made to address top player feedback regarding Kullervo’s survivability. We are still collecting feedback for potential future changes. 

  • Increased Kullervo’s base Overguard cap from 5,000 to 10,000. 

  • Added Ability Strength scaling to Kullervo’s Overguard cap. 

  • Increased Kullervo’s Recompense base self-heal from 125 to 250 at rank 0 and 200 to 350 at max rank.

The Seven Crimes of Kullervo: Hotfix 33.5.4

 

Changes

  • Added caches to the Enigma room at Kullervo’s Hold after successfully completing it. 

  • Resources collected from SPROUT in Teshin’s Cave are now affected by Resource Boosters. 

  • Updated the objective text for Hidden Chests located inside caves to indicate such. 

Optimizations

  • Optimized memory used by DirectX 12 for multi-threaded rendering, particularly for PCs with many cores. 

    • Also fixed potential performance issues with playing on DirectX 12 with PCs not using a 8-core/16-thread processor. 

  • Made systemic micro-optimizations to rendering performance. 

  • Made general systemic micro-optimizations. 

  • Made micro-optimizations to engine startup and level loading. 

  • Made systemic micro-optimizations to level loading.
