This is a follow up to our original announcement.
The Questions and Answers (Q&A) Chat Channel is going live with Deadlock Protocol on PC this week! So we’ve written a brief Guide to Using the Q&A Channel, which outlines the rules and expectations for both new and experienced players alike.
Guide to Using the Q&A Channel:
The goal for the Q&A channel remains the same as we near its debut: “To provide new and experienced players a place to seek and provide help in a dedicated and organized way. This channel will be the first channel new players enter (instead of Region, which will be available as an opt-in!).”
This channel - while open to all players - does have some rules similar to the Trading and Recruitment channels to meet the goal above. It will be enforced by the same hired professional team of moderators that have been active in our Warframe chat channels for almost a year and a half. Read moreGood morning, Tenno! Early this morning (around 12:20 AM ET) the purchase issues were resolved. As mentioned yesterday, if you had made purchases over the past two days while there were connection issues, you should now receive those items next time you log back into the game.
We will keep monitoring for any residual or new issues, but for the time being all issues presented here have been resolved, thank you Tenno!

Hello PS4 Tenno!
If you attempted to log into Warframe yesterday you were most likely met with sporadic connection issues, most notably the “There was a problem communicating with the PlayStation Network” error, that started roughly around 3 PM ET and persisted several hours afterwards.
Connection at this time has returned, and players are able to log in. However, we are aware that purchases are not being fulfilled which we are investigating for a fix.
Here is a brief timeline of the events over the past 24 48 hours:
June 3rd 3:00 PM ET - 3:30 PM ET: Connections dropped seemingly related to PSN Network status, but returned shortly after.
June 3rd 6:00 PM ET - June 4th 6:00 AM ET: A second round of connection issues began at 6 PM ET and seemed to affect a larger portion of our player-base around the world. At 6 AM ET this morning our team managed to restore connection, so players are now able to login. However, at this time purchases are not being fulfill...

The Nova Prime Packs are now officially live in the EU PlayStation Store in regions where they that were missing. Thank you for your patience while we got this sorted with our partners 🙂

We are still working to get those packs populated in the PlayStation Store via in-game Market access - thank you for your patience, Tenno. You can still search directly through the Store as mentioned yesterday to view the Dual and Trinity Packs.

I know with Titania you had to either go through the in game market, or PS Store search function to find both packs. However the searches I’ve tried so far still can bring up the Nekros and Oberon packs, and in game market still doesn’t bring any of it up. Hopefully the PS Store is just being slow to update. I know I personally want both accessory packs since I missed them the first time around.
