Greetings Agents, The servers will shut down for maintenance on Friday, August 23rd at 09:30 AM CEST / 03:30 AM EDT / 12:30 AM PDT.
Estimated downtime is approximately 3 hours. Maintenance notes:

• Added a fix that should improve issues with audio degradation, audio cutting out and audio distortion.
• Fixed an issue where Razorback would not count as destroyed when defeated in Operation Dark Hours.
• Fixed an issue that could reset raid progression when the raid leader left the group.
• Fixed several Collectibles showing on the map even if players had already collected them.
• Fixed an issue which prevented Year 1 pass owners from accessing further Classified Assignments when completing Nelson Theatre Hostages while in a group.

Agents, Last week, we made back-end changes in an attempt to lessen the reported hit registration issues, where players experienced shooting a whole magazine into an enemy NPC and no damage registering, as well as no damage numbers showing. We have monitored your feedback and the occurrences seem to have lessened but we want to make sure we follow-up with you. Hello hello, Here you can find my reply that you might find useful (took from this thread) In a nutshell, the Mastery system was supposed to be in the Episode 1 update. However, we felt the system needed more development in order to add more replayability to the Expeditions.
The team had to decide between delaying the Expeditions or give you a taste opening them for a full rotation. The Expeditions will be back once the Mastery system will be polished. Of course, we will update you as soon as we have any useful information to share. Read more

Agents, We noticed some of you didn’t receive the Diamondback exotic rifle upon completing the Expeditions. If you have completed all three Investigation Areas in Kenly College and were unable to pick up your Diamondback, you can reach out to Customer Support team. You will then receive a low Diamondback version and all the exotic materials needed in order to craft the Gear Score 500 exotic rifle with the upgrade blueprint automatically available at Inaya al-Khaliq in the Base of Operations. In order to be eligible, you need to make sure you’ve completed all three areas (Kenly Library, Metro Station and Student Union) and not have received a Diamondback (e.g due to disconnect). Please be aware the Diamondback is a one time reward. You cannot complete Kenly College on several agents and receive it multiple times from the reward. Agents! With several in-game activities active, we have a few reminders for everyone:

• Don't forget to pick up your Expedition Care Package from the "Grants" tab in your stash before August 13th. This includes the new "Flash" Backpack trophy. More details are available here.
• The "Heat Wave" Apparel Event is still active, but you have until August 15th to earn free apparel keys from in-game activities. The "Event Closing" phase begins at this point, and apparel keys will only be available for direct purchase. Stay up-to-date with all the information here.
• The last investigation area of the Kenly College Expedition - Student Union - is now open for all players. You are guaranteed to earn the Diamondback Exotic rifle by completing all three investigation areas.
• As part of the Kenly College Expedition cycle, it will close on August 13th, but will return with a new cycle later this year. Make sure to grab the elusive Diamondback rifle while it's still available!
