Just pushed a very small hotfix to RimWorld that fixes an issue that caused mech clusters to not start dormant sometimes.
Version is 1.1.2561.

@himynameisyuri If you own it you can turn the whole thing on or off. You can also opt out of royal favor quests specifically if you don't want to do royal progression.

@Daska_Saguez Yeah, psychically deaf pawns can't use psychic powers - or be affected by them. I thought we put a warning in about this, though. Will need to check.

@CarlosVanVegas You can backup your mod files directly from the steam workshop folder. Copy and paste the mod folders into the Mods folder inside the RimWorld install directory.

If you're using Replace Stuff mod try disabling that first.
