I can sit for 20+ mins searching for an unranked match but never find one.
If I switch to casual, I find one right away. Not a ranked player so haven't tested it.

Hey there! We are gathering reports of long queue times to look into this further, so I have gone ahead and sent this in. If you cancel the search after 5 minutes and start again, does that yield better results?
