Hey everyone,

In an effort to get everything ready for Chapter 2 - Season 3, we’re extending Season 2 by one week. The new launch day of Season 3 will be Thursday, June 11. Also make sure to check out a one-time-only live event called The Device, now scheduled for Saturday, June 6 at 2 PM ET (please show up 30 minutes early to help secure your spot, space is limited!). 

Before the new Season, don’t forget to complete your Battle Pass Challenges and lock in appearance choices for Brutus, TNTina, Meowscles, Skye, Midas, and Maya. There’s still time to complete the recently-added Location Domination and Storm The Agency Challenges.

Hey /u/VikingsFan816 we're investigating log-in errors now and will update our tweet here when these are resolved.

Actual count of completed missions for Skye and Midas not reflecting on their Final Mission's requirements

I’ve been sitting for 10 minutes waiting for it to load and it’s been on this screen for forever. Anyone else have this problem?

Update With the release of v12.60, the Dragacorn Glider’s animation has been fixed on all platforms and in all modes. It is enabled in competitive playlists on all platforms as well.

However, we’re aware that owners of the Glider may not have been given the option to refund it. We are working to address this issue and will provide an update once it’s resolved. Separate Trello card here:

While we work on an animation fix, the Dragacorn Glider will temporarily appear as a default Glider in competitive playlists on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Mac. The animation fix will apply to all platforms and modes.

After the Glider’s animation changes, owners of the Glider will have the option to refund it without the use of a refund token.

I can’t play. Whenever I try to log onto the app I always get stuck on this screen. (I play on iPhone 11, and yes I have tried deleting and reinstalling)

As part of our approach to ensure the best game experience for all players, we don’t allow rooted devices or those in development mode to play. If you have rooted your phone, we recommend disabling developer mode and restoring your phone to factory settings.
