Any update for this?
We haven't been able to reproduce the issue internally yet and haven't received further reports which makes it hard to triage. We have it bugged but no, no update, unfortunately. If there is any other information you have that could help us repro that would be great.

If that doesn't work you can reach out to player support at fn.gg/support and one of the agents will be able to look into what's going on there for you.

What xbox are you playing on and is this every match or every few matches? Does it happen if you're playing a longer sessions vs short? Any details like this can be helpful to the folks looking into it.
Are you only hearing this or are your party members also hearing this?

Okay the estates are awesome. Still don’t really know how they work to be honest but shooting down cameras and shit like a spy is so much fun. Rocket ram and business turret are just loads of fun. Pleasantly surprised they unvaulted C4s as well. This season is off to an awesome start!!

I have emailed and I have used the customer support service on epics official site and no response in hours.
thats not abnormal for it to take some time, the player support agents are typically always very busy handling tickets. Im not 100% sure what the normal turn around tiime is on responses but i can assure you that when your ticket comes up, they will get it and get you sorted out.
Yeah I bought the 25 level upgrade and didn't get the levels and it took my vbucks and I'm not the only one this has happened to.
Hey Wintergameing, definitly something where you need to reach out to player support ASAP to get this fixed up! I have no account control so i cant look up and verify any issues that could have happened.
If this has happened to you and others i can have a conversation with folks and see if there is anything going on our side. But in the meantime, I need you to reach out to PS to get this fixed up.
