Fortnite: Save the World Dev Tracker

This is a list of planned releases with server downtime (which is why they are listed on UEFN dashboard). Minor client updates my be pushed only for specific platforms and without much prior notice, but since UEFN is a separate client it's not affected by these.

270 units are ready with a million more well on the way

And you're missing the point that OP wondered about Spring Quests in general working in StW . Not "do I have to be with friends", not "does StW count for this specific spring quest". And the answer to that is "yes, Spring Quests work in StW and that's intended". So not sure why are you correcting me instead of providing a comment to OP with that additional information.

The question was "does it work in StW?", not "where else does it work?"

Update The team will continue to investigate issues regarding Endurance and crashing. We’ve seen significant improvements in the data regarding this crash and out of memory related issues.

Please continue to send over client logs if this is an issue for you.

Gathering data on this crash has been an ongoing effort and we’re looking for further of this crash. Any player who hits this crash after the 12.50 update should send /u/Magyst a private DM with the following information:

  • Account name
  • Platform
  • Other players in your mission
  • Date / estimate time stamp of when this occurred.

Additionally, PC players who experience this crash can further help by sending him your client logs directly.

  1. Experience the Endurance Crash

  2. Navigate to C:\Users\AppData\Local\FortniteGame\Saved\Logs.

  3. Grab the FortniteGame.txt file (it’s time stamped for when your client closed)

  4. Send it to be via Google Drive or Discord message ( Magyst#8046)

Thanks for the callout, u/Zhunter2018. I've made the team aware so it can be investigated.

We'll share details on the feature as it's closer to release. This is done intentionally. It's extremely hard to communicate about something, even a week in advance, due to the nature of game development and how ideas / features can shift.

Historically, we've put out early communications about something (roadmap, dev video, feature) which creates excitement... which is great! But sets us up in a pretty bad way if things have to shift due to unforeseen circumstances.

When everything is properly locked in, we'll share more information.

Hello Commanders,

We want to give everyone a heads up on where we’re at with the Adventure Ticket conversion.

In early April, the Spy Event ended and Llamas were replaced by Pirate Llamas. When this swap happened, a conversion triggered and any tickets players had at this time were automatically converted to Spy Llamas. Per this Homebase Status Report, we communicated that the end-of-season Llamas would still be Spy Llamas. To clarify, the conversion happened at the end of the Spy Narrative, rather than the end of the Season.

Since you could only obtain Spy weapons for a limited time and the early conversion wasn’t fully communicated ahead of time, we’re planning to convert all Adventure Tickets to Spy Llamas in tandem with the new season of Fortnite on June 17. We will do a final conversion of any remaining Adventure Tickets to Pirate Llamas at the end of the Blockbuster event, scheduled for June 30th. We’ll let you know if this changes for any reason.

If you want Pirate Llam...

Unfortunately, anybody currently using the Team Perk can open them, regardless of who actually generated the Stashes.

It's a problem much like other players stealing materials from a Constructor's B.A.S.E. running the Recycle Team Perk, for some reason Epic refuses to simply lock user-generated items to their internal User IDs. Despite it being a common complaint for over a year (multiple years in the case of B.A.S.E. thieves).

Every single account has its own inventory, and when one account picks something up it disappears for everyone. Obviously each account is already internally tracked and identified individually, so it's certainly possible.

But for some reason, despite a massive portion of the playerbase being upset by other people stealing much needed resources from their Team Perks for years, we have never been able to even get this problem acknowledged.

Try try again, right? u/Magyst u/EpicBoaty

Thanks for pointing this out. This is the first I've personally seen of this but I haven't been around for very long. I will sync with the team about this issue.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Please check the update on the main thread. We'll have more information for you soon.

Hey everyone!

We wanted to share some information with you regarding Adventure Tickets. There was an early conversion that took place which converted your tickets into Spy Llamas back in early April. The new end of season conversion will be to Pirate Llamas due to this early swap.

Apologies on the confusion around this.

UPDATE 3:30PM: Thank you for your concerns around this particular topic. The team and I are currently working on a solution to make this right for everyone. If Pirate Llamas are what you desire, you are free to spend your tickets on them now. Otherwise, please hold off on spending and we will have more information to share soon.

Thank you

Thanks for shooting a video on this. I've passed this over to the QA team to run some additional test.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will be reaching out to you in a DM to get some information from you!

If surrounded by enemies, storm etc., then no, Power Impact won't work just like this.

I informed the team that this is still occurring. Thanks for making me aware.
