We're excited to announce the development of a new Guild feature—the Guild Conquest! As Guild interaction is the key aspect of Forge for many, we wanted to invite you for an early feedback session and sneak peek.
The feature we're developing will include three components: Conquest City, Guild Conquest, and Guild Great Buildings. They are in different stages of development, with the City mostly fledged out, the Conquest in active development, and Great Buildings in the research stage.
We've opened a dedicated forum channel where you can find a brief description of the components and guiding questions from our development team, from a simple "Do you like where this is going?" to specifics about a potential mechanic.

To reduce the time investment in Guild Battlegrounds, we will apply some changes starting with the next Battleground Round on April 17 already! The changes are designed to reduce the time you need to spend fighting and negotiating without reducing rewards.
The required progress on provinces will be reduced.

The attrition scaling has been adjusted.
The new maximum attrition has been reduced from 300 to 150, while still keeping 41 325% and 405 goods the max.This means you will have more difficult fights and more expensive negotiations earlier.
The rewards have been increased.
To compensate for the doubled difficulty, we also increased the rewards:- Fragment rewards are doubled
- Coin and Supply rewards are doubled
- Diamond rewards are doubled
- Unit rewards are tripled
