While I love all this I wanted to know have you guys and gals fixed the Grognaks Axe skin, Stanley, so it actually works again as designed?

The team is actively working on a fix for the Stanley skin for Grognak's Axe, yep!

Absolutely silly question, but how long will the PTS be running for approximately?

I don't have an exact date, but typically we've kept the PTS online right up until the weekend before the patch is released.

u/valseek do existing characters transfer to the pts? If not how are we expected to achieve the xp required to test out these legendary perks.

Yes, we copied everyone's characters from the live version of the game over to the PTS a few days ago. So you should have very recent versions of your existing characters available to you in the PTS.

Next week, we're also going to add a pre-made level 250 character to all PTS accounts so that you can dive into the legendary perk system if you don't already have a high level character of your own.

We're enabling PTS access for everyone who has a PC version of the game through the Bethesda.net launcher.

Yes, the PTS is testing legendary perks later today! I've been looking forward to that feature for a long time.

I wonder, since the PTS is now open to all PC players, is the NDA lifted? Does the P finally stand for Public now?

Correct, we're removing the need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement for the Update 20 PTS.

However, since there will be people who aren't going to play test in the PTS, and some who dislike learning about new content before they can experience it themselves, we're also going to request that PTS players use spoiler tags or inform others of potential spoilers when discussing upcoming content outside of the PTS forum.

We're also asking that the majority of bug reports and feedback for PTS content be shared in that PTS forum. This is because it's much easier to sort and read through everything you all are sharing with us when it's mostly located in one place.

You didn't ask about most of what I wrote, but I'm hoping it will be helpful to others reading this thread too!

Hey all, the hotfix is complete and you should now start seeing decorations in Helvetia. The first run of the event will begin about 45 minutes from now, at 2 p.m. ET.

We've now finished releasing today's hotfix across all of our servers and we've begun re-enabling Fasnacht Parade in-game.

Please note: Fasnacht decorations should now be appearing in Helvetia, and the first run of the Fasnacht Parade event will begin about an hour from now, at 2 p.m. ET.

Once you read the decon shower plan for the first time. It won't drop anymore.

I've seen people who (I believe) have learnt it and it has still dropped, it's just not a common drop.

I’ve dropped it myself multiple times. Grinding every day for both. Getting exhausting.

Hmm, from my understanding, the first time you launch the nuke to complete I am become death and then complete scorched earth by killing the Queen, it should be a guaranteed drop the first time you do so.

But I know you can definitely still get it as a random drop by killing the Queen

We’d like to share an update with you on the status of Fasnacht Parade, and what we’re doing to get the event back up and running.

Shortly after we enabled Fasnacht Parade yesterday, we began receiving reports that critters were not spawning correctly ...

Camden is a pretty popular area for the Treasure Hunter event, so you may have just been on servers where they were recently killed. Try going to Lewisburg, Welch, Beckley etc while you're changing servers to see if any pop up there

Ahh, so it is possible to lose faction ranks by doing quests for the other side? Interesting, though moot if I already have everything I want from said maxed faction. At least until additional content is added.

In some instances, yes it definitely is possible. Throughout the Wastelanders questline, you could even lose reputation by picking certain dialogue options when you speak to the Settlers/Raiders, so for those looking at this, be careful :D

You're welcome! I should also add that, for instance, when you do the Raider questline at the end you can get a legendary gun that you wouldn't be able to get if you chose to side with the Settlers for instance, but this is different to being able to purchase items from the faction vendors, so keep that in mind too
