Yes but it is not that easy as you might think it is. We plan to add button remapping later this year. /Michael
That is because it is not space flight game!Indeed, it is more like a 6DOF shooter in Space. You and others might be used to a different button layout and we will add button remapping soon. Looking forward to hear your opinion on that when you have to navigate through narrow spaces like inside hollow asteroids and inside of space stations. /Michael
We will have two additional levels of difficulty coming with the next patch. One that's easier than the current for less roguelike-savvy players and one for those who already miss the challenge after upgrading their ship extensively. The Hardcore Mode is still to come later, too. /Michael
Please post the issue incl. detailed info about your system here https://forum.everspace-game.com. You might wanna check if someone had the same or similar issue first. Thx /Michael
Yep, we increased the auto-aiming a little bit but the most noticeable changes to the gamepad controls are how the game interpolates the input signal over time (acceleration) which should be a lot smoother now. It's a real challenge to nail gamepad controls for such a fast paced 6DOF game. ;)

Option to adjust FOV was added in the most recent patch: https://forum.everspace-game.com/discussion/1840/update-v-0-1-4-29048. /Michael
Hey,
There is a lot of confusion concerning the "II" designations of weapons (understandably so as we haven't had time to finalize the equipment names and descriptions yet).
First of all, "II" only describes an alternative version while "Mk#" is a straight upgrade. In case of weapons it often means that there are certain tactics or mod combinations required to use the weapon at its fullest potential. E.g. fire rate mods are less effective on a Shock Rifle II as it gives you less time in bullet time to aim your shots.
That being said, the weapon balance is far from being finished and very much a work in progress, so we appreciate feedback like this. Thanks :)

Read moreWell, of course PlayAnywhere works only within the Microsoft ecosystem. /Michael
No worries, we won't let you Aussies down in down under, haha! /Michael
The content is not final yet which is why content-related rewards don't make sense at this point. We also will have to wipe all stats before the final release to make the non-linear story work. Hence, we will add unlocks and starting credits at final release in Q1 2017. Emails to enter your name in the credits will go out soon. Wallpapers will also come with the final release. /Michael
Haha :D
Black holes still need some work obviously ;)
/Marco
We know about that one already but it's kinda awesome, so who knows...

We got some voice-acted dialogs in for Early Access. The main story will come in the full release in Q1 2017. /Michael
