If you uploaded between the patch and the rollback, it's likely that you lost your character. You'll need to file a ticket with support if that's the case.

That is exactly the opposite of what he said. We can restore imprints.
What commands can be used on Xbox to give imprints back as a recent update on our nitrado made a bunch of players lose characters. Nope, roll back didn't help.

what cluster are you on that's having issues? and what map(s)?
So I was told that they can restore engrams, however the power was being abused and they took that away from the GMs
That is not the case. We have never had an admin command to grant other players specific engrams. It is something I will look into. But having taken a stab at it before it isn't trivial.

This is a side effect of not rolling the servers back to the same time. How you gonna roll back 1 server 1 hour, but another server 2 days, all in the same cluster. Anyone on ORP crossark6 that was not on the island Tuesday at around 5pm, but was on the server today when it went down lost their character.
We're bringing those servers back to the correct time.
We're working through them, apologies for the issue.
This is a side effect of dupe protection that's part of the rollback process. You have to work with support to restore anything that you lost. My apologies for the inconvenience.

You are very lucky that the Enforcement team is not working on bug fixes. It'd be like watching a rex trying to repair a thatch hut with his face... things would not go well.
