Hey @Justin_Simpleton can you provide an example of the screen where you have issues with the scroll bar?

We don't have any pages in the game that would involve a lot of scrolling. I guess scrolling is optimized to mouse wheel with the idea that all modern mice have them. I never grabbed any of them with my mouse before in the game and generally use this feature outside the game when have to deal with a vast amount of information to save time on scrolling but it's not applicable to the game.
