Thanks for the post, and sorry that you were not able to get an update on your support ticket. That is because the issue is known and on our team's radar, however it has not been resolved yet. Occasionally reports will be received, and we become aware of the issues because of the ticket (thank you!). But definitive customer support answers cannot be provided as the team has not yet resolved the issue. 

Rest assured this bug is on our list to address!

Thank you for sharing. I understand your points about the hoops of submitting a ticket. Just in case you missed this part, I had mentioned that you could email logs directly to [email protected] for this issue, instead of the traditional CSR pipeline. :) 

It would be a great help for us to diagnose this issue if we saw your game logs. We'd appreciate you emailing us! After you tap "Send Error Logs" you can tap the mail app icon you have (Gmail, Mail app etc) and send those straight to [email protected]

Thank you for the screenshots you sent in, and for the additional information re: how you can sometimes see it in solo play. This is all useful! We'll investigate. 

Thank you for reporting this! Knowing your region (country) would be extremely helpful, as it does not seem to be happening everywhere. In Canada, local prices are showing on my device for instance. 

• Please clarify your region / country
• Please clarify what device you are playing on (i.e. iPad 2022, iPhone 15 Pro, etc) 
• Please send your game logs along.
  • This post explains how. Go to Options > Account > Send Error Logs. You can send them directly to [email protected] !

This is a known issue that we have logged and will address as soon as we are able! The same is true for Exodia Contagion. Thank you Tenno~ 

Hi Evoleth, we are not able to reproduce this on our end, and are not seeing widespread reports of this. It leads us to suspect it might have to do with a specific combination of custom settings. In order for us to diagnose and fix, could you please...

• Share you game logs shortly after losing control of the left side of the screen. (here is how to easily share logs) 
• could you also share screenshots of your custom hud setup?
• could you also share screenshots of your Accessibility / Touch settings in the Options menu? 

For all of those things, you could email [email protected] directly with the screenshots / logs etc.

Hello Tenno, we tested this on multiple devices on high & low settings and are seeing the Kuva cloud. Could you possibly send along screenshots of your graphical settings page? It would also be great to see a clip of your gameplay if at all possible. You could send those things here, or email [email protected] if it's easier -- thank you!

We are aware of the progression stop occurring for touch control users on mobile during The Sacrifice quest. We will fix this with our next update. 

Until then, please avoid The Sacrifice quest if you do not have access to a controller setup available to you (bluetooth controller, plug-in controller like a Backbone or Razer Kishi). If you are stuck in the sequence, force closing the app and relaunching will bring you back to the Orbiter. At that point, you can still enjoy other Warframe activities but avoid attempting the rest of The Sacrifice.

Curious what you mean by this? Loid's store already shows the Arcane rank on the public build, if you sort by "name" you should be able to see how many Arcanes you own of that same type, and what rank they all are. You'd need to use the "Show Ranked" toggle on the bottom right corner of the screen to see them all, though!
