For any questions about account status, including bans, you'll need to reach out to Support at https://support.warframe.com .
For account issues you need to reach out to Support at https://support.warframe.com . If you cannot access your account, you will need to create a secondary account to submit the ticket, and they will verify you own your original account in the ticket.
Only Support can address concerns over account status such as suspensions and bans. You must reach out to Support for information about account status, if Support has already replied you should be able to find their responses in your email.

Hi all,
If you're reading this you may have seen posts about the Artemis Bow Bundle costing $10 and only rewarding upwards of 1000 Platinum.
We have fixed the issue - it was due to a Steam Store problem and we are dealing with the fallout as best we can.
Our next steps include:
1) Working on a script to fix accounts that are now locked out of real Prime Access purchases.
2) Working on a plan to deal with the purchases overall. We have a breakdown of everyone who bought the pack (myself included to test it). We will let you know our plan.
Understandably people would like to know what this means for their incomplete purchases - and once our team assesses the situation we will have an answer for you.

As some have stated above, there are a variety of reasons an account may be locked, including potential malicious access from another user. I would highly suggest contacting http://support.warframe.com and get a ticket open.
First off, yes we do read here.
Secondly, there is nothing we can do for you here or on the official forums. The only folks that can review your account and get you unbanned if the reason for doing so is legit, are the support folks. Sadly, they do have a sizable backlog, but they will get back to you. Posting here is not going to speed that up.

While there is some discussion going on about shared progress, that is something that is still in the future, and certainly not on the plate for the near future. We'll let you know as progress goes on though... It just may not come about for a while.
Support does have a large backlog of tickets, meaning that some questions are not answered immediately. It seems your issue has been resolved, however, so I am locking the thread.
Using two accounts to gain discounts and moving plat to the main account is an actionable offense, yes. If you are going to have two accounts, make sure that they do not touch each other. My advice to you is to err on the side of caution in all things related to account use. If something happens that levies suspicion about your account activity, you may find yourself facing a ban.
My advice is to play it safe.
